I'm gonna show you a DIY so easy that ANYONE can do it. Today's DIY is making your very own Liquid Magnesium similar to EASE or any other commercial product your can find at local health stores and Amazon. Not only is it easy,
but it costs pennies on the dollars compared to buying name band products.\n\n\n\n\n\nhttps:\/\/cdn1.dailyhealthpost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/3-Topical-Magnesium.jpg\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBefore we begin,
you may be asking what are some of the benefits of using Liquid Magnesium? Great question.\n\n \n-Muscle & Joint Pain Relief: natural remedy for relaxing sore muscles,
cramps,
spasms,
& even restless legs syndrome\n \n-Ease Headaches & Migraines: Magnesium is in charge of over 300 enzymatic reactions in your body and helps regulate serotonin. It is calming for the nervous system\n \n-Better Sleep: Topical Magnesium helps you relax at night,
fall asleep faster,
and sleep better throughout the night due to improved circulation\n \n-Applying Magnesium topically is much more effective than ingesting it\n\n\nAlright,
now that we went over some benefits lets get to making it. First you will need Magnesium flakes. Any brand will do,
but I personally use Ancient Minerals. I included a link to Amazon,
so you can research the product for yourself.\n\nHere's a link to the Ancient Minerals Magnesium Bath Flakes http:\/\/a.co\/1i22hjM\n\nNext up you will need any measuring cup. The ratio is 1 to 1. This means if you want to make one cup (8 oz) of Liquid Magnesium,
then you will need one cup of water.\n\nAdd both ingredients to a bowl (the magnesium flakes and water). Then add that bowl to preheated water. You want the water slightly below boiling. Next,
just slowly mix in the ingredients until the flakes start to dissolve into the water. That's it...now just let that cool.\n\nYou are going to want to put the liquid magnesium in a pump spray once it cools. I use glass. The glass protects from UV lighting and I feel it is healthier to use rather than plastic. However,
any spray bottle will do. You will need at least an 8oz spray bottle is you are going to use a full cup of flakes.\n\nOnce the magnesium cools,
use a funnel and insert into the pump sprays. It doesn't get much easier than that.\nI use this daily after my nightly shower. It may give a slight sting when you first use it...don't worry that's normal. You will get used to it.\n\nHope you guys enjoyed. Any questions feel free to ask. Thanks for viewing. See you guys next time and stay safe out there...",
"json_metadata":" \"tags\":[\"magnesium\",
\"diy\",
\"topical\",
\"health\",
\"blog\" ,
\"image\":[\"https:\/\/cdn1.dailyhealthpost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/3-Topical-Magnesium.jpg\" ,
\"links\":[\"http:\/\/a.co\/1i22hjM\" ,
\"app\":\"steemit\/0.2\",
\"format\":\"markdown\" " |
