The White House readout of their meeting said that Trump had <em>\u201cwarned against any Russian attempts to interfere in United States elections.\u201d<\/em> <\/p>\n<p><br><\/p>\n<p> <em>\u201cWe did not discuss the election,<br>\u201d<\/em> Lavrov told reporters later on Tuesday,<br> adding that the talks focused on improving US-Russia relations going forward.
