It is also known as a sparkling lemonade,<br> which is a great name for a drink as well. <\/p>\n<p>The original recipe goes like this:<\/p>\n<ul>\n <li>45 ml Dry Gin<\/li>\n <li>\u00bd lemon juice<\/li>\n <li>1 tea spoon sugar<\/li>\n <li>Top with carbonated water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You make it in a tall glass. First fill the glass completely with ice. Pour in the gin. Add lemon juice. Sprinkle the sugar over the ice. Add the carbonated water and stir vigorously. Garnish with an orange or lemon wheel and add a maraschino cherry and two long straws.<\/p>\n<p>I personally like to add some sprite or seven up as I like the drink to be a bit sweeter but you can do as you prefer.
