Being an employee let's you learn lots of things that can be a stepping stone in building up the business. Of cause setting up a business is great as we know that we are trading our time for money if we keep working for others which won't be good in the long run but if we had no experience and just set up a business without any business knowhow,<br> it can spell disaster. Working for someone can be a joyful experience in life as we get to experience a job. Business are fun too but only when the time comes and the skills are there. You need to understand how to be a sailor and is mentored by a captain before being able to become a captain. Business works that way too,<br> it's very strange and scary at the same time. Imagine everyone working while your free doing business.
