After replacing my phone screen twice and still facing problems,<br> I finally purchased a new phone! Now,<br> I am back in action. Despite the challenges,<br> I did my best to fulfill my responsibilities last week by welcoming and guiding new members,<br> organizing a contest,<br> and preparing a financial report for the upcoming meetup.*\n\n**GREETER:**\n\n*While I wasn't very active in the newcomers' community,<br> I managed to welcome and verify several new members. I assisted them in finding their niches and informed them about the expectations to avoid using AI for generating their posts or copying from other sources,<br> as plagiarism is prohibited. I also guided them on Discord and WhatsApp regarding how to create quality posts,<br> as well as the appropriate tags and titles to use. Many of them are making progress,<br> and I encouraged them to engage meaningfully with fellow users. I plan to be more active in the upcoming week.*\n\n**MODERATOR IN STEEMFORBETTERLIFE:**\n\n*Last week,<br> I organized an exciting contest in the community,<br> which has now expired.
