Google and Amazon are competing in many areas from cloud computing to online searches for voice-activated speakers such as Google Home and Amazon's Eco-Show.\n\n\"Amazon does not sell Google products like Chromacast and Google Home and does not offer prime video service to Google Cast users,<br> and last month it stopped selling some of the latest products of Nestle (Alfalbit),<br>\" Google said in a statement.\n\n\"Since there is no reciprocity,<br> we will not provide support for YouTube on Echo Show and Fair TV,<br>\" she said,<br> expressing the hope that an agreement would be reached soon.\n\nFor its part,<br> Amazon responded in a statement that \"Google sets a disappointing precedent by preventing selective access of customers to an open Web site.\"\n\nThe company said it hoped to resolve the issue with Google as soon as possible,<br> adding that users can in the meantime access to YouTube through the Internet on those devices.\n\nSuch a dispute was long anticipated. Amazon removed the Google Chromecast device from its online store in 2015,<br> along with the Apple TV. In justifying the move,<br> Amazon said it wanted to avoid confusion among customers who might expect a presence Prime Video service on devices sold via Amazon Store.\n\nAmazon and Apple reconciled their relationship earlier this year when it announced that Prime Video would come to Apple TV,<br> but did not do so with Google.\n\nIn September,<br> Google removed YouTube from the Amazon Echo Show,<br> which displays the video on a touch screen,<br> but Amazon re-placed the YouTube application on the device,<br> and yesterday Tuesday removed the service again.\n\nGoogle said the Amazon Fire T will miss the YouTube application as of Jan. 1.
