I follow on my blog a series of several photos of important historical points of my city. In addition to its objetive that was to protect the city against \"enemy armies\" attacks like Portuguese who tried unsuccessfully to destroy this strong in August of the same year of 1630,<br> the the Five Points Fort was also the only one in the city where it was possible to obtain clean water for consumption of the city's population during the seventeenth century.\n\n>O Forte de S\u00e3o Tiago das Cinco Pontas \u00e9 uma fortifica\u00e7\u00e3o militar constru\u00edda durante a Invas\u00e3o Holandesa no Brasil,<br> mais especificamente na cidade do Recife no ano 1630.
