The smile breaks all the walls between race,
sex,
economic level,
religion,
cultural level and age.

The smile says a lot to the other person,
makes us look as people with confidence,
empathy and kindness. People feel very comfortable surrounded of other people with these 3 factors. In order to cause a very good first impression,
it's very recommended to smile at the time to shaking hands with someone else. Other people will like you very much because of this,
they will think of you as a funny person,
as a good person to spend time with and as a trustworthy one.

This fact would make us better people,
smiling increases the "happiness" levels as well at the same time. Try to smile and feel like a loser at the same time,
do it now... Did you feel bad when you were smiling? I'm sure you didn't.

Several times in our lifetime,
we need to be focused and metalized to get something done,
but sometimes it doesn't go so well because our bad mood. As I said before in some posts,
our mind is the wheel of our actions,
and if we find ourselve in a very bad mood,
how could we expect to get the best results of anything we try?

It doesn't make much sense,
does it?

The smile releases endorphins which rises our frame of mind,
making us feel as if we were unbeatables,
and of course we would get better results in this mood.

You could be thinking "What if nothing makes me want to smile?". It's pretty fair this question,
people tend to smile when they find something funny to laugh at,
but neurologists have found that the smiling process could actually work in reverse.

I mean,
when we see something funny we tend to laugh,
right?

But what would happen if we do the process in reverse? If we don't find anything to laugh at,
we could smile anyway and that will change our mood inmediately. If we smile first,
our mood will be better. So,
the process of smiling may actually work in reverse,
because we will release endorphins anyway.

This make the smile to have a double benefit. In terms of perceptions,
we will look as confidents,
emphatic and kind people,
we will open the communication channels and at the same time we will generate confidence on others.

In the other hand,
we will cheat our brain... If we are nervous,
angry,
furious,
sad,
depressed or anything else like that,
we could cheat our brain by smiling even though we were in a negative mood right before. The brain will understand that you are happy and will release endorphins anyway no matter what happened before,
making us to take full control of our emotions.

The smile is such an underrated attribute,
people don't know the entire power of this thing.

And in addition,
the smile is very contagious,
if you don't believe me,
try to smile someone stranger in the street and see how that person will smile back. So,
you could modify the someone else's mood by just smiling at that person. It's a life hack.

Watch the next photo for 10 seconds,
and see what happens to you.

Her smile is very contagious,
isn't it? It's complicated to feel bad by watching an image like this one. That's what i'm talking about.

So,
try to smile more,
even if you have to force yourself to do it. Take control of your emotions with this life-hack.

If you like this post don't forget to upvote and follow @mynameisricky

All images taken from pixabay.com thanks for reading! ;)

",
"tags":["til",
"life",
"health",
"mind",
"funny" ,
"users":["mynameisricky" ,
"image":["https://cdn.pixabay.com/photo/2014/03/12/17/43/happy-286152_960_720.jpg",
"http://www.actitudfem.com/media/files/imagecache/large/images/nina_sonriendo.jpg" ,
"app":"steemit/0.1",
"format":"html" " | vote |
|
