Walborn is a young man who has been in trouble from time to time,<br> most of his incidents are minor. He would do things like refuse to do his chores,<br> wake up late,<br> leave the dorm late,<br> and skip class to hang out with his girlfriend. From time to time,<br> I would get a report that him and his roommate would argue over Walborn not turning off the light at night while his roommate was trying to sleep,<br> minor stuff. Every time I would address him,<br> he was always apologetic and agree to make improvements. This time,<br> it appears to be another minor incident that could have become more serious. As I read his statement,<br> he simply explained that he and another student,<br> Joanis Sweets,<br> a student who by the way never gets in trouble and has nothing but positive incidents in this profile,<br> got into an argument over a competition about who could do the most pushups. Walborn claims Joanis got upset,<br> approached him,<br> and got in his face. Walborn stated the incident deescalated and that everything is now fine.\n ![ (https:\/\/steemitimages.com\/DQmRc7crnkxzHGh4T9LrkFUPCxDrvsLunmgsqw9scZSGLDo\/image.png)\nReading his statement alone seems like there was a minor argument over a simple competition,<br> but when I read Joanis' statement,<br> it became clear that Joanis was being bullied by Walborn,<br> who completely left those details out of his account. Joanis wrote that Walborn and another student were competing when Joanis decided to support the other student. He then wrote that after they were done,<br> Walborn started to tease Joanis by saying that Joanis can only do five pushups. \n ![ (https:\/\/steemitimages.com\/DQmXuMAtCmZZKfibfpXK4RhH9zuWr3hywkaJEjZFcE486tX\/image.png)\nHe added that Walborn began to escalate the insults after the two began arguing by saying at least Walborn gets pussy. Joanis said this upset him further because of his religious beliefs and that Walborn knew that Joanis was waiting to get married before having sex. Joanis wrote that Walborn started calling him a \"Mark\" and saying that Joanis was soft until two other students separated them. Joanis also wrote that Walborn challenged him to a fight in his room and wrote that he laughed because,<br> as he puts it,<br> \"the outcome of that is absurd.\" This is probably because Joanis is three or four times the size of Walborn. \n ![ (https:\/\/steemitimages.com\/DQmVEjSegyrvghZc1ydJVDZaScmBJnViTc1ypHTh1YLd9Tb\/image.png)\n\nJoanis also wrote that this is not the first time Walborn has made fun of his religious beliefs and Joanis wrote that he is ashamed of letting Walborn upset him like this.\nNow at this point,<br> I've schedule the two to come in for a mediation to see if the issue is truly resolved and if not,<br> resolve it.
