2019",<br>"body":"# Nautical\n\nFor this evenings acifit post I share some photos taken with my iPhone,<br> this morning I detoured on the way to work up on the westide by the Hudson River and got some shots with a nautical or water theme to share with this evenings post.I had a couple of early Meetings this morning so couldn\u2019t walk as far this morning before work and didn't get my 10K in before 10AM,<br> but did get a good step count in today with the morning walk and walked between various buildings for meetings today \n\nI had not noticed this boat before and from the signs it morning to see and get some shots of the Intrepid which is an aircraft carrier now turned into a museum,<br> I went on it years ago and its well worth checking out if you ever visit NYC\n\n<center>
