No matter what kind it is.\" - Louis Armstrong* \n[src (https:\/\/www.brainyquote.com\/topics\/music)\n\n<br>\n\n# Hello,<br> hello...\n\nAround here,<br> it's been a very busy and l-o-n-g week,<br> which made writing *this* post (about music) much more enjoyable than it probably should have been :P\n\nBUT as Louis said,<br> what would this world be without good music,<br> indeed...\n\nA friend once asked me one of those 'would you rather' questions,<br> posing the idea of would you rather 'lose your hearing' or 'lose your eyesight'... and whilst knowing that losing the ability to use either one of those senses would be horribly,<br> difficult to overcome,<br> I did finally come to a decision after realising that music is the one thing that I could not bear to live without.\n\nHopefully,<br> I never have to experience such a decision irl and I actually wondered whether I should write a post about this somewhat morbid question,<br> however,<br> at the time,<br> when asked,<br> it really did make me stop and contemplate my priorities in life. \n\nMore importantly,<br> it made me question what was important to **ME** and how **would I be affected** if I were faced with either one of those realities.\n\nThat one simple question was all the motivation I needed to pick up my guitar and try learning **one more time**\n\nAnd *this* time around,<br> I've felt more inspired to learn than I ever have before...
