I did not have enough time to do outdoor activities or even exercise. I am also a lazy kind of person . I prefer sleeping and eating but recently ,<br> I have been interested in fitness . I was watching some youtube videos about the method how to decrease weight and flatten my stomach . \n\nLast weekend ,<br> my boyfriend asked me to try mountain trekking for the first time and I challenged myself to say yes. I made it and I realized that I can do something if I put my mind on it . I should not give up if something difficult happens along the way. I was surprised of myself to finish that difficult course of mountain hiking . Starting next week ,<br> I am going to start exercising and adjust my schedule so that I can have some time to improve my stamina.\n\nI know it would be difficult but I should try to do it . I want to engage in more outdoor activities like mountain hiking or swimming . Some activity that will make me enjoy and relieve from stress. I can work hard and at the same time I should do some work out. I know I can do it and I believe I can . Good luck to me !!
