Too much sleep can reduce the amount of output of your work. \n\nINVOLVE TO EVOLVE\n\nBeing involved in other outdoor activities is a great way to overcome laziness. Initiate yourself and go out. Involve in various activities that you find so interesting and participate in them. Don't get yourself too worked up,<br> go out and refresh yourself. For me,<br> when I go out I easily capture thoughts and ideas. \n\nAVOID PROCRASTINATION\n\nThis is also very important and almost 80% of the people fall under this pit. DO NOT delay things,<br>DO NOT promise to do it later. Just do it today and finish it up same day. Procrastinating only delays your work and the probability of you becoming lazier will only increase. \n\nAVOID DISTRACTION\nIf you are a student and you live in an hostel you will understand my point.
