It's not perfect,<br> but the best I can do when quickly sneaking around overlapping neighbors' schedules! \n\nI tried to do this a few times before,<br> but one neighbor banged on my floor,<br> and another knocked on my door. I'm not generating any drum sounds out loud,<br> but the pedals and tapping on the pads do make noise. \n\nI prefer an acoustic set of course,<br> but that's not possible unless I pay for studio time and get recording equipment. \n\nI've used a track that has the original drums suppressed so I can be heard clearly. Unfortunately,<br> there are not a lot of drumless tracks out there,<br> so my options are limited. I've never played this song before working on this cover,<br> but it's a song I knew from its amazing music video. If you haven't seen the music video,<br> it's absolutely brilliant!\n\nWhile this is technically a cover,<br> I tried to open up a bit from the middle of the song onward since playing note for note isn't fun for me. There's a good fill around 2:45,<br> so stick around!\n\n**PLEASE NOTE:**\n\n_To hear all of the components,<br> you'll need to listen with headphones or with speakers that have good bass!_\n\n_Otherwise,<br> you won't be able to hear any bass drum\/bass via standard laptop speakers,<br> and it's key for this song!_\n\nI'll post some originals once my friend sends me some of his piano tracks.
