Look around you and realize the most sincere things in your life: You have a father,<br> a mother,<br> children,<br> brothers,<br> sisters,<br> grandparents,<br> a house,<br> education,<br> you value and love your work,<br> you have an income that helps you acquire useful things; you have time for yourself,<br> for your children,<br> for your grandparents,<br> even if you think you don't. You can see,<br> you can hear,<br> you can taste a nice meal. You have skills: dancing,<br> cooking,<br> talking,<br> making others laugh. You are happy even when you are alone because there is nothing else that makes you feel comfortable. You only need to realize that happiness is the greatest thing but it is not eaten complete because we are limited beings. However,<br> at some point in your life you will look back and say \"How happy I am,<br> how happy I have been!\n\nA little anecdote for reflection: One day I asked my friends if they were happy,<br> some answered that they didn't know,<br> others didn't answer,<br> but one said yes.
