My first reaction was to head back to bed but as I walked to the bedroom,<br> I noticed a chair out on the patio,<br> inviting me to sit down. \n\n'Yes,<br> fresh air..!',<br> I thought,<br> thinking it nothing but a clich\u00e9... but once I sat down,<br> I really did feel like I got a (much-needed) rush of oxygen throughout my entire body; every cell in my being seemed to tingle,<br> just for a moment. \n\nIt was amazing feeling and so,<br> I allowed my mind to just sit there quietly and enjoy that moment. \n\nQuiet... with busy birds calling out to each other,<br> cars in the distance grumbling to work,<br> children walking to school and the occasional dog bark... but I am ever-so grateful for my five minutes of peace.\n\n*More information about the '5 Minute Freewrite' by @mariannewest can be found in [this post.
