If you want to know how rich Vietnamese culinary is,
just start exploring noodles. Not well-known abroad like Phở,
Bún chả or Bún bò huế,
... but Fried fish noodles is a favorite dish of many people in the North of Vietnam. You may think fishy flavor cant be mixed with noodles. But it is not like you think. It had a bit,
enough to make you still smell and taste the flavors of the sea but not too much to make you feel overwhelmed.
___
![724B125D-96D7-49E1-B4AC-FE16FE40804A.jpeg (https://res.cloudinary.com/hpiynhbhq/image/upload/v1518524241/mbnxks8a1akjqnp9v8sj.jpg)
___
## Ingredients:
- Noodles: of course. They serve several kinds of noodles which is customized. I often eat rice noodles which is really thin and white. Sometimes I change to eat Bánh đa - another kind of noodles which is thick and brown.
- Broth: I dont know what it is made from but really rich and savoury.
- Fried fish: after getting rid of bone,
it is fried until having crisp cover but felling still soft and wet inside.
- You can customize to add more meat if you want. Like me. I add pork hock.
- Fresh Vegetable: Always a must with vietnamese noodles.

It costs $1.5. Cheap and worth it.
___

***By: @hanggggbeeee***
",
"community":"busy",
"app":"busy/2.3.0",
"format":"markdown",
"users":["hanggggbeeee" ,
"links":["/@hanggggbeeee" ,
"tags":["food",
"vn",
"streetfood",
"travel",
"blog" ,
"image":["https://steemitimages.com/0x0/https://res.cloudinary.com/hpiynhbhq/image/upload/v1518524241/mbnxks8a1akjqnp9v8sj.jpg" "
