It's getting brutal. I didn't think this exercise would be this hard. Some of this has been easy. The odd issue of Quasar,
the special amazing Incredible Hulk 3d hologram variant gimmick,
etc. But below are some of the ones I've been back and forth on.

Advanced Dungeons & Dragons

![IMG_20180416_195540282_LL~2.jpg (https://steemitimages.com/DQmdRbFXBwB6WjirTifyrGKnCJjNo8C8QWXasheYqbMygMj/IMG_20180416_195540282_LL~2.jpg)

My biggest regret in high school was not playing more D&D. I studied a lot,
did what I was supposed to,
got good grades,
got a job fairly young,
and just generally kept my nose clean. I had no idea how big an asset time was back then. But some of my fondest memories involve all night dungeon crawls with great friends. Life should have more of that. I didn't start reading this series until college,
when I got back into RPGs a bit. I don't remember the series being terribly compelling,
and I doubt I'll ever read it again,
but I have a hard time getting rid of anything D&D related,
due to the fond memories associated with the system. Plus,
this is not just regular Dungeons & Dragons,
this is Advanced Dungeons & Dragons,
which is clearly one degree better. I have no idea what I'll do with this one.

The Destroyer

![IMG_20180416_195515660_LL~2.jpg (https://steemitimages.com/DQmR6QBUAsePdLAK5W3rMMcFAcqzmw119HscjuXKgXcuvQc/IMG_20180416_195515660_LL~2.jpg)

Growing up,
I read a LOT. Basically whatever I could get my hands on,
which meant my dad's books. I started by going through his old Hardy Boys hardcovers from the 1960's,
but by the time I hit 6th grade or so,
I wanted something a bit more advanced. Enter Remo Williams. He is Shiva,
the destroyer created. Or something like that. He's a government assassin who's been trained by an elderly martial arts master to be a deadly weapon. I devoured these paperbacks as a kid,
so when this miniseries hit in high school,
I was ecstatic. I don't remember a ton about this particular miniseries,
except that Remo wakes up and can't remember who he is,
so he eats a cheeseburger,
and it almost kills him,
since his body isn't used to so many toxins. It's probably not a great mini-series,
but I'm definitely keeping it.

The Blood Sword

![IMG_20180321_181007561~2.jpg (https://steemitimages.com/DQmYrhMv1pMMVWRptyuVT5Z7ByQPfB743mTkeNEt75nJDoz/IMG_20180321_181007561~2.jpg)

I picked these up at a comic shop in Florida while on vacation with my family toward the end of high school. At this point these were a couple of years old and were in back issue purgatory. I asked the owner about the comic,
and his eyes kind of lit up. That led into a discussion about our favorite Kung Fu films,
etc. I remember I was going to buy just one,
since I had never heard of the series,
the company,
or any of the creators,
but the shop owner gave me a really good deal if I bought a bunch of them. I think he really liked the series,
and knew it probably wouldn't sell,
so he wanted them to go to someone who would appreciate them. I really liked it,
but it does suffer a bit from translation issues and they try to cram too many panels into a page,
which makes the action a bit hard to follow. As much as I enjoyed this back then,
I don't see myself re reading it,
so I think it's a candidate for purging.",
"tags":["comics",
"decluttering",
"comicbooks",
"declutter",
"collecting" ,
"image":["https://steemitimages.com/DQmdRbFXBwB6WjirTifyrGKnCJjNo8C8QWXasheYqbMygMj/IMG_20180416_195540282_LL~2.jpg",
"https://steemitimages.com/DQmR6QBUAsePdLAK5W3rMMcFAcqzmw119HscjuXKgXcuvQc/IMG_20180416_195515660_LL~2.jpg",
"https://steemitimages.com/DQmYrhMv1pMMVWRptyuVT5Z7ByQPfB743mTkeNEt75nJDoz/IMG_20180321_181007561~2.jpg" ,
"app":"steemit/0.1",
"format":"markdown" "
