That may become completely unfeasible during the current Coronavirus Pandemic!\n\nIf Legislatures can't operate because of a lack of Quorums,<br> that means that to avoid societal chaos,<br> the Executive Branches would have to step in and seize control to maintain order; **some sort of Martial Law would have to be instituted**. \n\nWhat that means is that those Democratic governments are **at risk of devolving into Autocracies**. And at that point there will be very little difference between the style of governance in what we call the Free World,<br> and the governance under the Dictators in today's totalitarian regimes. \n\n### This is a very real threat!\nBefore things get to that point,<br> Legislatures worldwide must pass laws to allow their democratically elected Representatives to continue to operate as body from remote locations.
