Es super sencilla,<br> deliciosa y con pocos ingredientes. \n\n#### <center>\u00a1S\u00edgueme leyendo para conocer m\u00e1s de esta receta!<\/center>\n\n\n<center>https:\/\/i.imgur.com\/5uXud5B.jpg<\/center>\n\n\n## <center>\ud83c\udf1fINGREDIENTES\ud83c\udf1f<\/center>\n#\n\n<div class=\"pull-right\">https:\/\/i.imgur.com\/50QDRGq.jpg?1<\/div>\n\n* 1 Cebolla peque\u00f1a o media cebolla grande.\n\n* 300 gr de carne de vaca. Cualquier corte,<br> en este caso es carne para guisar.\n \n* 1 lata de 185 gr de champi\u00f1ones o champi\u00f1ones frescos al gusto.\n\n* 1 a 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva.\n\n* Cilantro o Perejil (opcional).\n\n* 1 cajita de nata culinaria o 50 ml de nata.\n\n* 2 Dientes de ajo grandes.\n\n* 1 cubito de salsa a la cervecera.\n\n* 1 cubito de ajo y cilantros.\n\n## <center>\ud83c\udf1fOTROS DETALLES\ud83c\udf1f<\/center>\n#\n\n**Tiempo de preparaci\u00f3n:** 30 minutos.\n\n**Tiempo de Cocci\u00f3n:** 15 - 20 minutos.\n\n**Porci\u00f3n por persona:** 2-3 personas \/ 2-3 platos.\n\n\n## <center>\ud83c\udf1fPROCEDIMIENTOS\ud83c\udf1f<\/center>\n#\n\n(1) Comenzamos a calentar a fuego alto una olla profunda mediana que abarque nuestra salsa. Una vez caliente la olla,<br> lo bajamos a temperatura media alta y procedemos a agregar nuestro aceite de oliva. Mientras el aceite se caliente,<br> realicemos el siguiente paso.\n\n(2) Cortamos nuestra cebolla en rodajas y picamos nuestros ajos lo m\u00e1s peque\u00f1o posible. Una vez nuestra olla con el aceite est\u00e9 caliente,<br> adicionamos nuestra cebolla y ajos y lo empezamos a remover teniendo cuidado de que no se nos quemen. Si deseas,<br> puedes cocinar la cebollas a fuego bajo para que as\u00ed suelte el sabor sin quemarse.\n\n\n- - - -\n<div class=\"pull-right\">https:\/\/i.imgur.com\/GDitlAZ.jpg<\/div>\n<div class=\"pull-left\">https:\/\/i.imgur.com\/FqYEFcg.jpg<\/div>\n \n(3) Mientras se cocinan nuestra cebolla y ajos,<br> cortamos en trozos peque\u00f1os nuestra carne,<br> de forma que al comerla no tengamos que picarla. Cuando est\u00e9n cortadas al tama\u00f1o deseado,<br> agregamos nuestra carne con los ajos y cebolla.\n\n(4) Vamos a agregar nuestros cubitos de salsa a la cervecera y ajo con cilantros. Si no tienes el cubito de salsa a la cervecera,<br> puedes sustituirla por una cucharadita de mantequilla.\n\n\n- - - -\n<div class=\"pull-right\">https:\/\/i.imgur.com\/OCA2TFs.jpg<\/div>\n<div class=\"pull-left\">https:\/\/i.imgur.com\/TWoQlU1.jpg<\/div>\n\n- - - -\n\n(5) Dejamos cocinar nuestra carne por unos 5 a 10 minutos a fuego medio alto y adicionamos nuestros champi\u00f1ones cortados en rodajas finas y nuestro perejil o cilantro al gusto. En este caso yo adicion\u00e9 cilantro ya que me gusta el sabor del cilantro y ya hab\u00eda adicionado un cubito de cilantro y ajos,<br> pero ustedes pueden o no utilizarlo,<br> o elegir un cubito de perejil y ajos. Al gusto.\n\n(6) Vamos a cocinar a fuego medio alto hasta que veamos que nuestra carne est\u00e9 cocida,<br> recordando que de vez en cuando debemos removerla. No recomiendo adicionar sal ya que los cubitos tienden a tener sal,<br> pero si ustedes desean,<br> cuando la mezcla ya est\u00e9 cocida pueden probar y verificar si necesita m\u00e1s sal.\n\n- - - -\n<div class=\"pull-right\">https:\/\/i.imgur.com\/wk72tO0.jpg<\/div>\n<div class=\"pull-left\">https:\/\/i.imgur.com\/qQDu2fT.jpg<\/div>\n\n- - - -\n\n\n(7) Verificamos si nuestra carne est\u00e1 cocida,<br> esto se observa a simple vista o es apartando un trozo de carne a una tabla de picar y cort\u00e1ndola a la mitad. Si est\u00e1 roja,<br> aun le falta cocci\u00f3n. Una vez verificado esto,<br> a\u00f1adimos nuestro paquete de natas y revolvemos.
