Some have been long and in-depth,<br> others have been short. All in an effort to gain a following and make a name for myself online at Steemit,<br> hopefully for the long run.<\/p>\n<p>Overall my experience has completely surpassed my expectations. At first I was pumped to be involved,<br> I actually was kind of mad I didn't join when I first checked the site out 4months ago. Unfortunately,<br> my spider Scam sense is on high alert from all the garbage I find myself involved in so I did the pass over on Steemit,<br> huge mistake... But I made it here eventually. <\/p>\n<p>So my first week went pretty well,<br> I really didn't expect much,<br> and In fact,<br> I didn't get much either. My main frustration came from my first posts that only received 1up vote! Nobody was even looking at my first posts,<br> let alone thinking of up voting. It became disappointing,<br> but it wasn't that I didn't get $$$,<br> It was all about <\/p>\n<h3>Inner reflection...<\/h3>\n<p>I kept thinking it was that my posts just sucked. They weren\u2019t interesting - and I needed to get better; more in-depth,<br> add personality,<br> Emotions!<\/p>\n<p>So each day at work,<br> I began brainstorming ideas on what to write about. I even stopped by the library to check out \"writing technique\" books. <\/p>\n<h3>It was on!<\/h3>\n<p>After I started trying much harder,<br> nothing still... One day,<br> after writing for nearly 2hours on a government political blog (I knew was going to be a hit),<br> I decided to take a short break. After short period I came back to the blog,<br> I decided to look it over to see how I was doing,<br> and I found my problem<\/p>\n<h2>BORING<\/h2>\n<p>http:\/\/i68.tinypic.com\/zlb682.png<\/p>\n<p>If I was bored... You sure would be bored too. If I wouldn't up vote it,<br> why would you? It became a clear problem that I was just wasting my time creating boring stuff that nobody would even look at. <\/p>\n<p>Depressed and defeated,<br> I got up and went outside to ponder my existence to this world.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\"I wouldn't become that SteeMillionaire\"<\/blockquote>\n<p>When all of a sudden,<br> it came from nowhere,<br> like a message from God-<\/p>\n<h1>A Fart!<\/h1>\n<p>Not just one of those ordinary ones,<br> oh no... The clouds parted to let the sunshine through and the birds began to sing. It was a Sign!<\/p>\n<blockquote>\"Write about it,<br> and they will come\"<\/blockquote>\n<p>It didn't take long to realize what had to be done<\/p>\n<p>So I scraped my boring Government blog,<br> and crafted this one up<\/p>\n<p>http:\/\/i63.tinypic.com\/1jw428.png<\/p>\n<p>https:\/\/steemit.com\/science\/@generation.easy\/did-you-fart-the-science-of-gas-a-steeming-special<\/p>\n<p><br><\/p>\n<p>This one took the least amount of effort,<br> and about 30mins to craft up. But Wow! <\/p>\n<p>Instant Sucess!<\/p>\n<h3>Steemit loved it <\/h3>\n<p>http:\/\/i68.tinypic.com\/11tyjgl.png<\/p>\n<p><br><\/p>\n<p>Not only did this community react well,<br> but everyone in the outside world also loved it. I still get a laugh out it,<br> without Steemit,<br> I could have never shared this experience with others<\/p>\n<h2>The fart that got $1,<br>000<\/h2>\n<p>That my friend,<br> Is one of the coolest success story I will always tell. <\/p>\n<p>50 years from now my great grand-children will hear of this epic tale.<\/p>\n<p><br><\/p>\n<p>Anyways,<br> that\u2019s where I'm at on Steemit. This marks my 51st post! If you\u2019re struggling and finding disappointment on here,<br> <\/p>\n<h3>Try an unorthodox approach. <\/h3>\n<p>Take a step back from your current blog,<br> maybe re-read it to see if \"you\" actually enjoy it.
