I have lost some kg but need a scale to put this out there in numbers.\nMore than weight I wish to gain more power and stamina! I am a heavy boy,<br> but as I train I am changing fat for more muscle. I already do pushups and pullups in my training and my ordinary life and I life heavy stuff during work. I have some stuff to do before I go and I get to see my children before I leave. By 6:15AM I was on the road and by 6:45AM I was at the Docks. To be honest,<br> I prefer this early drive because there is much less traffic.\n\nToday was the first 12 hour shift and we got our work planned out and made a start of our upgrades. I cannot really discuss too much of what exactly we do on the vessel as there is a confidentiality clause. \n\nI got home and did some upvotes and wrote this post! Finishing up well past midnight.
