Really?! How come? Well,<br> let me tell you how this happened:\n\nA bit longer than a year ago,<br> as usual,<br> my girlfriend and I went to the LIDL after I came from the office. When we were picking our products,<br> we saw a dog walking by,<br> very dirty and it looked like s\/he was alone. We were not sure,<br> as here in my 'village' people let their dogs going alone for a walk,<br> so we weren't very worried.\n\nBut,<br> after being more than 20 minutes in the shop we have seen this dog walking by for several times and it didn't look like someone cared. My girlfriend took the dog in her arms and we went to a couple of employees to ask if they knew from whom the dog was. They told us that this dog was walking in the shop from the morning and that whenever nobody would pick the dog before closure,<br> they would move him\/her outside... \n\nWe walked through the shop and asked everyone if they knew from who this dog was,<br> but nobody knew. At this moment,<br> we decided to take the dog to our place,<br> just to avoid that s\/he needed to sleep outside...\n\nWhen we came home we were able to see that it was a boy. Within a couple of minutes,<br> they accepted him and were best friends already. So,<br> we started posting on Facebook if someone was looking for the dog,<br> just to be sure that it didn't walk away accidentally. \n\n<br><br> This was not the case... after a couple of weeks without any contact attempts from the owner and after our search for the owner in the Lidl for the same period of time,<br> we decided to look for a new home for Baloo.\n\nAnd,<br> with success! We've found a person who was very interested in him and wanted to meet. We've met at our place to see if there was a connection between them,<br> and yes,<br> it was there. After a couple of meetings we were sure that Baloo would be in good hands,<br> so we decided to let him adopt him. \n\nFrom that moment we decided to work together with dog shelters,<br> so we could give a temporary home for dogs. Baloo was actually the first dog who we gave a temporary home. We have two dogs,<br> both adopted,<br> so they will stay with us forever. \n\n---\n\n<i><center> Baloo is very happy and we're still receiving pictures and videos. <\/center><\/i>\n\n---\n\nThe feeling when you save an animal from a horrible situation is something you cannot describe in words... And yes,<br> of course,<br> it really hurts me to say goodbye to a dog we have helped.
