You can also add a verity of chopped veggies,<br> garlic,<br> onion,<br> curry powder,<br> or salsas (mango,<br> etc.). By cooking three eggs and adding \u00bc-\u00bd cup chopped veggies of choice and sprinkling curry powder on it,<br> I have made sure I have my veggies and protein to start my day. If you want to add a healthy fat,<br> you can always top with avocado,<br> feta,<br> or hummus.<\/p>\n<h1>Eggs & Toast<\/h1>\n<p><strong>Nutritional Information:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>(3 oz. protein,<br> \u00bd cup carbs,<br> \u00bc cup fruit)<\/p>\n<ul>\n <li>2 eggs <\/li>\n <li>1 slc.
