WTF??\n\nI contacted the landlord who is apparently getting a roofer out and now wants us out IMMEDIATELY as she is condemning our apartment. So now we are left scrambling to find another place to live.\n\nThe reason she is a F*&#ing slumlord is because she has KNOWN about the LEAKING ROOF for years,<br> and has done nothing but slap some waterproof crap over holes.\n\nThis is where it gets really messed up. She has this fantasy about opening up a five star spa on the first floor and having luxury apartments on the top floor. She is building a SALT CAVE,<br> (as in pink Himalayan salt) has installed CUSTOM OAK AND WROUGHT IRON DOORS that probably costed $3,<br>000 a piece,<br> and has a COLOR CHANGING HOT TUB downstairs that probably costed upwards of $10,<br>000!!!\n\nhttp:\/\/queenmountain.com\/images\/slum\/slum3.jpg\n>Putting those fancy doors on this butt ugly building is like putting ribbons on shit piles\n\nBUT,<br> but,<br> but . . . She has not fixed the roof. So while she is giving massages to rich people,<br> they are inhaling black mold. She bought the building two years ago and has failed to repair the roof,<br> all-the-while her property is BEING DESTROYED from massive water damage and mold.\n\nI talked to my neighbor and he has cracks in his ceiling from years of water damage. Come to find out,<br> there are literally POOLS of water hanging out in the attic.
