Is there more to life than just this shit? Just this grind day in, day out?” It makes me want to scream and shout: “I feel like a fucking slave! Like a rat trapped in a cage!” And all I want is to escape This life I live is such a waste This wasn’t how it was meant to be Oooooooh, how I long to be free. … Then eventually, I realise The real prison is in my mind That my beliefs keep me enslaved And my lifeforce I give away… Willingly. I give it over willingly!
