I knew that coding was part of the course and it was unavoidable. But little did I realized how big a part it played in the culture the computer science departments and students who study it. I started with very little stress and thought I just had to get through it.\n\nI quickly learned I hated to this and had no passion for it. Which meant that I would never be great at it. The most I could accomplish with minimum time spent on it would be \"average\" or below average. \nI also realized that this would not be to or the people who I would work with in the future. Because who wants to work with some who is bad at their job. Even if you can fake your way through the hiring process eventually, you will be found out. I would be miserable and create a bad culture where I would do a bad job or depend on others. \nGoing down this path I would slowly be creating a hell for my self that would eventually become a downward spiral. \nI think its moments like these where a person is engaged in deep thought that he or she can grow and mature and look inside and realize that money and option of other are worthless if you don't feel alive every day that you live.\n\nDropping coding was a big decision and I felt the disappointment of others. But this was not gonna stop me from finding something I truly loved doing.",

      "body": "In my every day and during most of my free time I watch YouTube videos like many of us do. I can across a channel which was discussing a movie I recently watched. This person pointed out several plot holes in the story. They backed this up with clips of the movie and pointed out some of the dialogue and how the characters interacted. \n\nIn my first viewing of the movie, I had completely missed these. Despite that or rather because of it, the movie was enjoyable. However, after watching this video it shifted my perspective. This got me to think about how I consume content, more specifically what I miss. \n\nFollowing this event, I started paying more attention to how I consume things. This led me to be more critical of everything and seeing when things do or don't make sense. I found my self disliking most things because they were not well enough constructed whereas on the other hand, I found a well put together movie, video or argument became more enjoyable.\n\nI became aware of how I used to view certain things and how I view them now. Previously I was able to shut up the voice in my head and emerge my self in whatever I was consuming. You can call it the ego or the self. My thoughts were not running simultaneously with what I was watching or listening to but rather, I would completely follow the thought train and not realize the wholes and the gaps where unfilled. Things such as  \"What that character did not is how a normal person would react\" or \"That character is  contradicting them selfs from the start of the movie without being developed to do so.\"\n\nI think this became more obvious when I realized that I also liked some movies which others did not. I always thought it was simply a difference in taste and the certainly could be the case sometimes. However, now I realize that these people were annoyed because it did not make sense to them due to the fact that it lacked proper structure.\n\nThis left me with the question of critical viewing. Is it better to immerse yourself fully and allow to for it to make you forget everything or is it better to view something, deconstruct it and analyze it, finding all those cracks and wondering how to fill them. If it is meant to be enjoyed do you do need to do any mental gymnastics or are some people just unable to do this in the first place?\n\nI have some more thought on the matter which I am still developing. Let me know what you think below.",

This is the exact opposite of what bitcoin was designed to do. The most unfortunate thing is that people cannot see the bigger picture. What is important to understand here is that bitcoin and other currencies like it have power back to the people through a trust-less system which was secure. By supporting ripple people are going backwards thinking of some profits for the short term but not realizing how this will damage the crypto space it self and what it implies to the rest of the world. Making gains and taking profits is fine and has helped a lot of people get out of financial struggle but if ripple were to keep growing it will have a bad affect on the whole space. A bad \"ripple effect.\"&nbsp;</p>\n<p>The majority of this coin will be controlled by the banks because they have the power and capital to control it. Once again people would be left on letting banks and governments control their wealth.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>On a final note I would say that people can work together and change anything but the selfish ego is stopping us from realizing our full potential.
