      "body": "<html>\n<p>I was not too familiar with William Cooper before reading his <a href=\"https://archive.org/stream/BillCooper#page/n0/mode/2up\">declassified FBI file. </a>&nbsp;I knew that he wrote a book called \"Behold a Pale Horse\" and that he was involved in conspiracy investigation. &nbsp;</p>\n<p>However, I never have the book or investigated his work, so I was curious to find out what the FBI had to say about his research. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p>The file does contain many references to his work. &nbsp;Although, it was not the reason for the FBI investigation. &nbsp;The FBI was consulting for the IRS who were pressing charges of tax evasion on Cooper. &nbsp;</p>\n<p>Cooper very openly protested this charge by refusing to leave his house, hiring bodyguards, having dogs on the property, as well as several firearms. &nbsp;He openly admitted using one of his firearms if someone came on his property to try and take him into custody. &nbsp;</p>\n<p>As a result of his response to the charges, the FBI was brought in to help determine how to enforce the charges against him. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p>The FBI investigated everyone who knew Cooper and decided he was not an immediate threat. &nbsp;Therefore, their position was to ignore Cooper so that he would think it was safe to leave his house, and then they could apprehend him. &nbsp;I wonder if they would have used the same approach without the right to bear arms? &nbsp;</p>\n<p>His declassified file is over 300 pages long with 52 pages deleted. &nbsp;Two pages were deleted because they were duplicates according to a document. &nbsp;</p>\n<p>However, page 132 is a duplicate of page 142 and 147. &nbsp;So it would be interesting to know the criteria for deleting documents from the file. &nbsp;Clearly, the objective is not to delete duplicate copies of the same document. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p>It would also be interesting to know what the criteria is for whiting out portions of the text. &nbsp;Some interviews have major parts of a document missing. &nbsp;Sometimes, it does look like they are removing a person's name or the name of the location. &nbsp;Sometimes it doesn't. &nbsp;</p>\n<p>On pg. 123 is a copy of Cooper's statement he posted on his website that explains the reason why he was protesting the tax laws. &nbsp;He believed it was part a bigger plan to enslave Americans. &nbsp;</p>\n<blockquote>\"I first learned of the treason taking place in this country (and around the world) when I discovered the plan named \"MAJESTYTWELVE\" while a member of the Intelligence Briefing Team and Petty officer of the watch in the command center of Admiral Bernard Clarey who at that time was the Commander in Chief of the Pacific Fleet. The plan outlined the implementation of all of the planks of the Communist Manifesto which began with the graduated so-called Income Tax administered by the fiction known as the Internal Revenue Service, the disarmament of the American People through laws instigated by a series of \"terrorist\" acts, the formation of a world police force made up of the United Nations force known as NATO combined with the military forces of the United States and the members of the United Nations force known as the \"Warsaw Pact\" which plan is outlined in State Department Publication 7277. It documented the intent to demonize and target Patriots and so-called \"tax protestors\" through \"Project Trojan Horse\" ... and much much more.&nbsp;</blockquote>\n<p>This comment is interesting because the role taxes play in establishing the NWO is not frequently discussed in the conspiracy world anymore. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p>In fact, it was the Libertarian party that was the most vocal about the injustice of taxes. &nbsp;Here is a <a href=\"https://www.libertarianism.org/columns/is-taxation-theft\">link </a>explaining the Libertarian position on taxes. &nbsp;</p>\n<p>I support the Libertarian position on taxes because I believe people in the middle class are a lot more generous than we realize. &nbsp;I think they would donate to charities without being forced to contribute to a welfare system.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>The idea that we need taxes to help people in need is an illusion that does not match the reality many of us are familiar with in our communities. &nbsp;More often than not, the average person who has a vested interest in promoting community will financially help others because of this. &nbsp;</p>\n<p>However, throughout my study of the Libertarian position on taxes, I had never learned that the secretary of the treasury could write tax law separately from Congress, which Cooper points out in his statement. &nbsp;</p>\n<blockquote>\"And then I discovered the reason why. The United States Supreme Court in <a href=\"http://www.civil-liberties.com/cases/bru_case.html\">Brushaber v. Union Pacific Railroad Company</a> while ruling that the income tax is an excise (indirect tax) included as a part of its ruling that the federal income tax is VOID <strong>because Congress unconstitutionally delegated legislative power to the Secretary of the Treasury to write the Law concerning the administrative and enforcement procedures.</strong> It was a blatant and unconstitutional breach of the separation of powers and in any case the Constitution does not grant Congress the ability to delegate its powers to anyone or anything or any entity. The IRS, BATF, the Secret Service, and all of their administrative rules, regulations, and enforcement powers were created unconstitutionally by the stroke of a pen of a Department of the Treasury employee. That is why there is so much subterfuge and so many lies involved in the administration and enforcement of the tax by the so-called Internal Revenue Service.\"<br>\n</blockquote>\n<p>Overall, reviewing this declassified document was an excellent way to become acclimated with the work of William Cooper. &nbsp;His work is useful and relevant to the challenges we face in the present, even if we decide to protest the tax code a little differently. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p><img src=\"http://i1.wp.com/www.copblock.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/Taxation-is-Theft.jpg?resize=500,303\" width=\"500\" height=\"303\"/></p>\n<p>Gotta keep the people at the FBI on their toes.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n</html>",

      "body": "<html>\n<p>I was not too familiar with William Cooper before reading his <a href=\"https://archive.org/stream/BillCooper#page/n0/mode/2up\">declassified FBI file. </a>&nbsp;I knew that he wrote a book called \"Behold a Pale Horse\" and that he was involved in conspiracy investigation. &nbsp;</p>\n<p>However, I never have the book or investigated his work, so I was curious to find out what the FBI had to say about his research. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;The file does contain many references to his work. &nbsp;Although, it was not the reason for the FBI investigation. &nbsp;The FBI was consulting for the IRS who were pressing charges of tax evasion on Cooper. &nbsp;</p>\n<p>Cooper very openly protested this charge by refusing to leave his house, hiring bodyguards, having dogs on the property, as well as several firearms. &nbsp;He openly admitted using one of his firearms if someone came on his property to try and take him into custody. &nbsp;</p>\n<p>As a result of his response to the charges, the FBI was brought in to help determine how to enforce the charges against him. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p>The FBI investigated everyone who knew Cooper and decided he was not an immediate threat. &nbsp;Therefore, their position was to ignore Cooper so that he would think it was safe to leave his house, and then they could apprehend him. &nbsp;I wonder if they would have used the same approach without the right to bear arms? &nbsp;</p>\n<p>His declassified file is over 300 pages long with 52 pages deleted. &nbsp;Two pages were deleted because they were duplicates according to a document. &nbsp;</p>\n<p>However, page 132 is a duplicate of page 142 and 147. &nbsp;So it would be interesting to know the criteria for deleting documents from the file. &nbsp;Clearly, the objective is not to delete duplicate copies of the same document. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p>It would also be interesting to know what the criteria is for whiting out portions of the text. &nbsp;Some interviews have major parts of a document missing. &nbsp;Sometimes, it does look like they are removing a person's name or the name of the location. &nbsp;Sometimes it doesn't. &nbsp;</p>\n<p>On pg. 123 is a copy of Cooper's statement he posted on his website that explains the reason why he was protesting the tax laws. &nbsp;He believed it was part a bigger plan to enslave Americans. &nbsp;</p>\n<blockquote>\"I first learned of the treason taking place in this country (and around the world) when I discovered the plan named \"MAJESTYTWELVE\" while a member of the Intelligence Briefing Team and Petty officer of the watch in the command center of Admiral Bernard Clarey who at that time was the Commander in Chief of the Pacific Fleet. The plan outlined the implementation of all of the planks of the Communist Manifesto which began with the graduated so-called Income Tax administered by the fiction known as the Internal Revenue Service, the disarmament of the American People through laws instigated by a series of \"terrorist\" acts, the formation of a world police force made up of the United Nations force known as NATO combined with the military forces of the United States and the members of the United Nations force known as the \"Warsaw Pact\" which plan is outlined in State Department Publication 7277. It documented the intent to demonize and target Patriots and so-called \"tax protestors\" through \"Project Trojan Horse\" ... and much much more.&nbsp;</blockquote>\n<p>This comment is interesting because the role taxes play in establishing the NWO is not frequently discussed in the conspiracy world anymore. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p>In fact, it was the Libertarian party that was the most vocal about the injustice of taxes. &nbsp;Here is a <a href=\"https://www.libertarianism.org/columns/is-taxation-theft\">link </a>explaining the Libertarian position on taxes. &nbsp;</p>\n<p>I support the Libertarian position on taxes because I believe people in the middle class are a lot more generous than we realize. &nbsp;I think they would donate to charities without being forced to contribute to a welfare system.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>The idea that we need taxes to help people in need is an illusion that does not match the reality many of us are familiar with in our communities. &nbsp;More often than not, the average person who has a vested interest in promoting community will financially help others because of this. &nbsp;</p>\n<p>However, throughout my study of the Libertarian position on taxes, I had never learned that the secretary of the treasury could write tax law separately from Congress, which Cooper points out in his statement. &nbsp;</p>\n<blockquote>\"And then I discovered the reason why. The United States Supreme Court in <a href=\"http://www.civil-liberties.com/cases/bru_case.html\">Brushaber v. Union Pacific Railroad Company</a> while ruling that the income tax is an excise (indirect tax) included as a part of its ruling that the federal income tax is VOID <strong>because Congress unconstitutionally delegated legislative power to the Secretary of the Treasury to write the Law concerning the administrative and enforcement procedures.</strong> It was a blatant and unconstitutional breach of the separation of powers and in any case the Constitution does not grant Congress the ability to delegate its powers to anyone or anything or any entity. The IRS, BATF, the Secret Service, and all of their administrative rules, regulations, and enforcement powers were created unconstitutionally by the stroke of a pen of a Department of the Treasury employee. The CIA has decided to keep track of their research efforts and classify this information from the public.  \n\nWhy is that so funny to me?  \n\nMaybe it is because China has a long history of studying psychic abilities as part and these abilities are part of their spirituality understanding.  \n\nThe Chi, or the life force energy of a person, has been part of Chinese medicine for centuries.  \n\nIt is no secret, and neither are the events studying this ability that are taking place in the present.\n\nIt is only the CIA that wants to find a way to patent this information.\n\nThe Chinese don't appear to be trying to train Psychic spies, they are only trying to further study psychic abilities, and they are not trying to hide this from the public.  \n\nHowever, the CIA is trying to use this information to train psychic spies.
