| title | Las 7 criptomonedas favoritas para el 2019 |

1. Acceso a activos financieros. |

| title | THE 10 ARRESTOS FOR CRIMES RELATED TO THE MOST OUTSTANDING CRIPTOMONEDAS OF 2018 |
| body | During this year several people and criminal groups were arrested and are currently facing convictions for the commission of crimes in which cryptocurrencies were involved. In this way, cryptoactives began to be part of the news of events in many countries, which also highlighted the modus operandi that many criminals are adopting, which involves the theft of equipment for cryptocurrency mining, cyber attacks, data theft , and even kidnappings. The mobile, in most of the cases described below, was to appropriate the cryptocurrencies for personal enrichment or to use them as a means of exchange, which is an indicator of the value that cryptoactives have acquired as a new form of digital money. THE GREAT MINING ATTRACTION IN ICELAND A group of 11 people were arrested in early 2018 for conducting a series of 4 robberies in various Icelandic locations (between December 2017 and January 2018), stealing powerful computers used for bitcoin mining. Of this group, two people were detained, while the others were released in the investigation process. Last April, one of the detainees, named Sindri Thor Stefansson, who was in custody on the orders of a judge, escaped from an Icelandic low security prison and took a plane to Sweden. Then, in an unusual turn of the case, he sent a statement affirming his innocence. After being a fugitive for several months, he was extradited to Iceland The "Big Bitcoin Heist" has been described as one of the biggest heists in Iceland and to date has not been resolved. The stolen equipment was valued (for that date) in almost USD 2 million and has not yet been found, reason that led the owners to offer a reward of $ 60,000 to whoever provides some information for their location. TURKEY BAND THAT USED PHISHING In early November, Turkey's police authorities detained eleven people accused of hacking the cryptocurrency portfolios of a group of users. The hackers stole bitcoins valued at 437 thousand Turkish liras, equivalent to 80 thousand US dollars. The police body initiated investigations after receiving complaints from fourteen users, who reported illegal access to their cryptocurrency portfolios, as well as the theft of funds. The hackers acquired new GSM lines and registered them in the name of the victims using false driver's licenses. Then, using phishing, they entered the system and transferred the funds to multiple accounts to make tracking difficult. Ten of the eleven detainees remain in jail awaiting trial, while one of them was released to remain under "judicial control". The investigation is ongoing and authorities are looking for more victims of the gang. MERCHANT TRANSFER CRYPTOACTIVE TO YOUR ACCOUNT The United States Commodities Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) last November sentenced Joseph Kim, a Bitcoin merchant (BTC) and Litecoin (LTC), to 15 months in prison, forcing him to pay a fine of 1, 14 million dollars, for fraud. The charges against Kim were filed with the Northern District Court of the State of Illinois. The FBI and the Attorney General of the Northern District of Illinois were in charge of the investigation. According to the court order, Kim worked for a company that made the purchase and sale of cryptoactives for its clients, and Kim was in charge of carrying out operations with BTC and LTC from September, until he was fired in November 2017. The company discovered that the defendant transferred approximately 339 BTC and 980 LTC to his personal account. Due to the actions of the merchant, the company lost an approximate of 601 thousand dollars. HACKER ARGENTINO ROBABA CASAS DE CAMBIO In Argentina, a cybercriminal was sentenced to two years in prison for having stolen 500 ethers in December 2017. The charges for which he received the sentence were "computer fraud" and "violation of secrets and identity." Héctor Matias Predilailo, 36, was sentenced by Judge María Susana Gutiérrez, of the Superior Court of Justice of the Chaco, an Argentine province. The hacker pleaded guilty to having entered the system of a platform for the sale and safekeeping of cryptoactives, called Mercury Cash. With this action, he managed to appropriate 500 ethers (ETH), which currently total about 60 thousand dollars. It is a pioneer sentence throughout the country, to involve the issue of cryptocurrencies. USABA AUTHENTICATION OF TWO FACTORS In Australia, after 10 months of investigation, last October a woman was arrested for the hacking and robbery of 100,000 ripples (XRP) in January 2018, with a value calculated for that date of almost half a million Australian dollars. The 23-year-old stole the cryptocurrencies after hacking the e-mail of a 56-year-old man who had associated his account with the digital wallet containing the cryptoactives. The police investigations determined that the woman and possibly other persons changed the password and then proceed to associate it with a mobile phone number. With this they enabled an authentication in two factors and then accessed the portfolio with cryptocurrencies. In this way, they transferred the 100,000 XRP to a house of exchange. ROBBED ENERGY FOR MINING CRIPTOMONEDAS In China, a man was sentenced to three and a half years in prison and fined 100,000 yuan (about $ 14,428) for stealing electric power from a railway company to mine cryptocurrencies. The sentence was handed down on September 13, 2018 by the Railway Transportation Court of Datong, in the province of Shanxi. The man was accused of stealing around 104,000 yuan (about $ 15,000) in electricity to power 50 mining equipment and three fans that were active 24 hours a day during November and December of last year. During its mining operations generated 3.2 bitcoins, about 120,000 yuan ($ 17,300). SOLD INFORMATION IN CHANGE OF BITCOIN Last September an agent of the Directorate General of Internal Security (DGSI), in France, was arrested and accused of selling confidential information to illegal groups, receiving in return payments with bitcoin. Apparently, the agent, not identified, sold confidential data using the darknet to contact members of organized crime and economic intelligence specialists, using cryptocurrencies for negotiation. It is also suspected that he may have falsified administrative documents. The detainee worked for a division that has important information in the DGSI of France for which he was aware of information that could be of interest to groups acting outside the law. OPERATED WITH CRIPTOMONEDAS IN A DARKNET In June 2018, the Spanish Civil Guard and the Austrian Federal Police, with the support of Europol, dismantled a criminal network that, through a Darknet, carried out transactions with cryptocurrencies, as part of a business dedicated to the production, processing and distribution of new psychoactive substances (NPS) and money laundering. The band operated in several European cities and seized 509 BTC, in addition to € 137,000 in IOTA and € 30,000 in LUMEN. The investigations carried out determined that the NPS offer was made through two pages located in the Darknet and managed by the criminal network. Among other forms of payment, the band accepted transfers of bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies in exchange for psychoactives. Once the payments were received, the cryptographic currencies were redistributed in different digital wallets. SIM SECRET TO BUY LUXURY CARS In August, California police arrested a hacker accused of hijacking phone numbers to steal cryptocurrencies in the town of Santa Clara, United States. The subject, identified as Xzavyer Narváez, 19 years old, was discovered by the authorities after buying a McLaren 2018 car, paying partially with bitcoins. According to the records of the detainee's purchases, between March 12 and July 12 of this year, his account had a flow of 157 bitcoins. The young man used the SIM exchange or SIM hijacking, by which he deceived the cell phone provider by posing as the customer, to request a new SIM card or activate one in his possession. Thus, it acquired control of the telephone line, restored passwords and accessed funds in cryptocurrencies. Most of the funds stolen by Narváez were used to buy sports cars, because in addition to the McLaren, he bought a 2012 Audi R8 with bitcoins in June of last year. KIDNAPPING OF CRIPTOMONED MINERS The National Police and the Ficalía of Kiev, Ukraine, arrested two brothers for having kidnapped and stolen more than USD 50,000 from a citizen who mined cryptocurrencies. The express kidnapping occurred last March in the Ukrainian capital. According to the press office of the prosecution, the criminals waited for the victim in the vicinity of his apartment, they boarded him upon arrival and took him out of the city. The subjects threatened him with death and demanded the keys to his apartment and to indicate where he had his savings. The criminals took more than $ 50,000 in cash and freed the miner. The police managed to find his whereabouts after investigations and long-term operations. Now they are accused of robbery by prior agreement, intended to take possession of property in large quantities and could serve a sentence of 15 years in prison with confiscation of property. |

| title | LOS 10 ARRESTOS POR DELITOS RELACIONADOS CON CRIPTOMONEDAS MÁS DESTACADOS DE 2018 |

| title | Neobux, lo que nunca te contaron |
Gracias, |

| title | A Freelancer’s Guide to Freelancer.com: Finding Work and Submitting Proposals |
| body | PART 3: Finding Work and Submitting Proposals Looking for and getting hired for work Getting work on the website can be done in a number of ways. From the Work Menu Hover over the Work menu, and select a predefined list for what you wish to browse: Browse Projects. All available projects Browse Contests. All open contests Browse Local Jobs. Projects within your area Browse Categories. Available work categories at a glance From the Project Feed Live notifications regarding projects and contests related to your added skills will be pushed to you via the Project Feed. It is located on the top right part of your Dashboard, above your chats. From email notifications of latest projects posted We send a list of new projects and contests related to the skills added to your profile, so you are updated with opportunities available even if you are not logged in on your Freelancer.com account. Projects vs. Contests You have the option to choose between working on projects or contests on Freelancer.com. Projects While usually awarded to a single freelancer, projects can be worked on by several freelancers, depending on the demands of the task. Employers get to choose whom to hire for their project, basing on the freelancer’s experience or previous work samples. Projects have two types. Fixed-price Usually one-time projects with fixed budgets You will be paid for a predetermined amount for a defined output/goal Hourly Usually continuous work (full-time) with no specified deadlines Paid by the hour and is perfect for projects that are flexible in nature Contests Contests are based on a brief by the contest holder. Freelancers get to submit entries and actually show what they are capable of. The chosen entry receives the prize money. Bidding on projects Now that your account is set up, you can start bidding on projects. Look for a project that you wish to work on, and click on Bid on This Project after thoroughly reading its description. Input your bid amount: Fixed-price project. Enter an amount you wish to be paid for delivering the output and completing the project. Hourly project. Enter the hourly payment that you wish to receive for the duration of the project. Indicate how many days it will take you to deliver, and click Place Bid. Compose a detailed proposal. Include your experience, credentials, portfolio, etc. Click Finish. The employer will review the bids they received and contact freelancers to further discuss the project. Take advantage of this opportunity to clarify the scope and the details of the project, and to request for the creation of Milestone Payments. If the employer requests for sample work related to the project, you may send them through our native Messenger. You can also refer employers to specific items on your profile portfolio. After the details have been clarified and if you both agree on the payment and deadline, you will be awarded the project, which you will have 36 hours to accept. Within the 36-hour window, make sure that the terms of the project and the payment have been finalized before you accept the award. If everything is good, accept the award, and start working on the project. Tips for writing a winning proposal No matter what kind of project you are bidding on, a poorly-written proposal suggests lack of attention to details and poor work habits, neither of which is going to work in your favor. Here are some things that you can easily implement to help you submit quality proposals: Be concise. Make your bid proposal short but meaty. Mention your relevant experience and past work examples related to the project that you are bidding on. If the employer requests for specific details, don’t forget to include those. Probe for details. Ask questions to better define the scope of the project. Show that you have an understanding of what the employer needs, and that you have enough interest to pay extra attention to what the task may demand. Do not oversell yourself. A little self-confidence is a good thing, but over-the-top claims is not likely to impress anyone. Being honest about your skills will get you much further than a lot of hype. Proofread before you submit your proposal. Double check if you have provided all important information to the project. Review your grammar and spelling before clicking Finish. Joining contests Participate in contests to showcase your skills to employers upfront. Browse for the contest that you wish to join, and make sure to read its brief. Use the Public Clarification Board on the lower part of the contest page to ask the contest holder for clarifications. Click Submit My Entry, and: Add a title and a description for your entry. Click Add Files to upload your entry. Declare whether your entry is entirely your own or if it contains any stock content. Enter its Sell Price. This is for how much the contest holder can purchase your entry in case it is not chosen as the winner. You may promote your entry by Highlighting it to make it stand out, or by Sealing it to make sure your idea is unique. Click Submit Entry. The contest holder will be rating/rejecting and giving feedback to entries. Make sure to accommodate the requested revisions if you want your work to be chosen as the winning entry. Your entry will be awarded as the winner if the contest holder likes it best. Both you and the contest holder will then undergo the Contest Handover, which includes signing the Intellectual Property Transfer Agreement, to transfer the entry’s rights and to release the contest prize to you. Dos and Don'ts in Joining Contests Fees and charges Project fees When you accept to work on a project, we charge a small project fee relative to your bid’s value. The cost and how this fee is charged depend on the type of project you accept. Fixed-price projects. The fee is 10% of your bid or $5 USD (or equivalent in other currencies)—whichever is greater. This is charged when you accept the project. Subsequent payments made to you in excess of your bid amount will each incur a 10% project fee. Hourly projects. The fee is 10% of the payments released to you. This is charged for every payment made on the project. Contest fees The winning freelancer in contests are charged 10% of the contest prize or $5 USD (or equivalent in other currencies)—whichever is greater, once the Contest Handover is completed. |

| title | the new Monetary System. |
| body | Partnerships among blockchain-enabled protocols and applications are common. However, the dedication to work of one team isn’t always met by the dedication of another team. Thus, great developments are often held back by partners they relied upon. Thus, the Crypto space is witnessing an increasingly common trend: new developments are trying to internalize as much of the operational and technological cogs as possible. The Kinesis Monetary System is an example of a project that internalizes nearly every aspect of its functionality in order to ensure there’s a harmonious operational efficiency within its infrastructure; this is necessary for a project that has ambitions to replace the world’s existing monetary system. Building a Robust Foundation The Allocated Bullion Exchange, which is the first e-platform for the trade of physical precious metals, has recognized the world-changing potential of blockchain technology. The world is racing towards a society that’s primarily cashless and adjusted to digital transactions and ABX aims to utilize its infrastructure to provide a new leg to the Crypto market. ABX has launched Kinesis, a new monetary system that tokenizes gold and then allows the emitted currency to be transactable across the world through the infrastructure provided by Kinesis, Stellar blockchain technology, and ABX’s myriad partners. The Liquidity Naturally, building a monetary system backed by digital gold is a challenging task but ABX already possesses the ability to fulfill digital trade of physical gold. ABX connects global liquidity providers and bullion suppliers; this is a key foundation to providing a globally transacted gold-backed currency. While the current Crypto market has grown at an exponential pace, it does not possess the liquidity needed to sustain a global monetary system. Physical gold, however, is an ultra-high demand asset and is one of the primary commodities used for value storage and wealth protection against inflation. Merchant suppliers (who supply to over a billion people across the globe), enterprise liquidity providers, market makers, and major institutional suppliers participate in this market. ABX provides an open system for these institutions to handle physical gold. Now, via Kinesis, it will bring these market players together to provide the liquidity foundation of Kinesis. liquidity foundation of Kinesis. Kinesis Monetary System begins with the minting of KAU coins, which are fully backed by gold. To retain an open system, anyone can mint these tokens. ABX already has the network to provide the physical gold supply and market makers needed to provide instant access to physical gold at the time of minting. ABX also possesses the means to store it instantly. Thus, when Kinesis is utilized to mint tokens, minters get instant ownership of the gold they purchase. This gold is simultaneously tokenized and issued upon the blockchain, thereby allowing the gold to be transactable. The Gold is Yours Prior to the minting process, the gold that is about to be bought is owned by a supplier. Once the payment for the minting is done, the gold that backs the KAU coins is owned by the minter (and rightfully so). ABX has the global vault system needed to support the safe storage of the gold. Blockchain technology provides immutable ledgers of proof of the gold’s storage (in the vault). ABX merely provides the facility of storing the gold, however, gold depositories exist across the globe and as the Kinesis Monetary System grows, users will have the right to deposit their gold at the vault of their choice. This is the user’s rightful choice as they are the owners of the gold that backs KAU coins. The ownership of the gold goes beyond the physical state. The tokenized gold is exclusively in the hands of the owner as only he/she will have the keys to access the currency that exists on the blockchain. The emitted tokens exist on the blockchain and key-based permissions grant access to the tokenized gold. From the moment gold is minted, the blockchain tracks ownership. However, Kinesis is more than just a means to own digital gold; it’s a means to transact and thus the foundational support goes beyond vaults and liquidity provision. Transact and Trade To facilitate transactions, Kinesis provides the payment channels. Kinesis Monetary System will issue payment cards that will allow transactions across any physical store that supports payments cards like Visa or Mastercard. Naturally, as Kinesis emits digital currencies on the blockchain, transacting on digital fronts would be a seamless experience. Due to the highly scalable nature of the Stellar blockchain, the transaction fulfillment would be possible even as demand grows. Transacting isn’t limited to minters. Kinesis has taken the intuitive approach to developing an internal exchange to provide a great circulation mechanism for KAU. Minters will have the ability to sell the KAU they minted at the KCX (Kinesis Currency Exchange) and KBS (Kinesis Blockchain Exchange). Kinesis is creating the exchange platforms internally to ensure that the users of its monetary system do not need to rely on other exchanges to provide a facilitation for Kinesis currencies. This also makes it easy to extend the liquidity network. At any point, a person can purchase KAU coins with both fiat and Crypto. Given that KAU will have natural trading pairs with Crypto, it will have an early utility as a stabelcoin in exchanges. However, Kinesis has the intent of making KAU coins a global currency that can be held and transacted without the consumer or merchants that hold them worrying about devaluation due to inflation. Audit and Legal Framework The blockchain provides a powerful means of validating on-chain currency ownerships and the fulfillment of trades. In the case of Kinesis, it can provide proof of gold-backing as the documentation that proves can be easily stored in decentralized, immutable ledgers. However, Kinesis will go beyond this and will also pursue third-party audits. It’s important to note that minting KAU coins involves minters buying gold from suppliers. ABX provides the platform for that physical gold purchase as it is the market-leader for this facility. It will also provide the vaults for such storage. However, the gold backing KAU coins is under the complete owner of the currency holder. Regular audits will be done to ensure the vaults are properly secured and to check the accounting books’ valuation of the gold. Additionally, ABX’s own experience in the physical bullion trade market gives it the legal experience needed to ensure such a development moves forward smoothly. Thus, the development will follow a legally-compliant roadmap. |

| title | how to find the right virtual assistant for your business needs |
| body | Not having enough time to get things done is a challenge too many business owners face on a regular basis. This is especially true for small time businessmen and entrepreneurs who aside from running their business, also perform many other jobs. Some function as their own accountants, some are forced to do customer service, and once in a while some may have no choice but to do administrative tasks. In this age of the internet, however, this should not be the case anymore. Thanks to virtual assistants, as they are called, business owners can now make working around the clock a thing of the past. Currently, the freelancer market is enjoying an influx of these individuals who can remotely assist in more mundane aspects of a business. This can include tasks as easy as sending emails to more complicated ones like gathering competitive data. But while it won’t be arduous to look for virtual assistants nowadays, the challenge is finding someone that is perfect for you and your business needs. Here are the things you should look for when hiring a virtual assistant. Enough Experience An experienced professional will almost always have a leverage over someone who is just starting. This is also true for virtual assistants. By hiring someone who already learned the ropes of the profession, you lessen if not eliminate the risk of redo’s and mistakes. And as a business owner, this means saved time and more confidence that he/she can already get things done with minimal supervision. Relevant Experience/Skillset Aside from length, another important thing to assess in an applicant is his/her prior experiences, may it be as a freelancer or a fulltime professional. If you are looking for someone to manage the content of your social media, a former digital marketing professional can be of help to your business. If it’s answering emails that you want to designate your visual assistant, someone with customer service experience might be the right one for you. In the end, the goal is to find someone who does not need extensive teaching anymore. Project Management Skills The job of a virtual assistant is extremely task-oriented and time-dependent. That is why someone with strong planning and organizational skills will definitely thrive in this career. Professionalism While it is difficult to gauge someone’s work conduct over the Internet, there are telltale signs that an applicant might have the right behavior in a business environment. It certainly is a positive when a virtual assistant is able to respond to you in a timely manner, or if he/she is able to talk to you respectfully. At the end of the day, while you and your visual assistant only communicate remotely, how one behaves is a big reflection of the overall quality of one’s work. Running a business is already a challenging undertaking on its own that’s why managing virtual assistants should not be an additional burden anymore. Knowing who to hire will rid of that concern and save you that energy and time you can utilize for other aspects of your business. |

| body | When one is willing to become autonomous, after taking years on staff, you have to assume that your life will turn around. It is important to evaluate if it really is worth the freelance work. Therefore, before making a decision, keep these points in mind. Freelance wood If you have always been very clear that your business was to start a business, surely you have a future as an entrepreneur. If it is the circumstances and the surrounding voices that encourage you to work on your own, we advise you to reflect first on your skills and your way of being: Are you willing to take risks? The beginnings of a business are usually not stable. You have to count on the competence of your sector and offer something that distinguishes you. In general, this involves taking risks and betting on what defines you. Are you willing to bend your back? In the beginning, your workforce is your greatest asset. The sacrifice of the first years is what makes it possible for your company to maintain itself. You will have to be willing to make the work more flexible, to endure for a while the blurring effect and to take hours from where you can. Do you agree with "the customer is always right"? Clients will be one of the fundamental supports of your enterprise. It is not so much that the client is right, but that you have your opinion very much in mind. Nowadays it is very difficult for a company to survive if it does not consider the feedback from consumers. Are you organized? This ability is fundamental. You will have to be aware of many issues of various kinds. Order and planning will help you achieve results. Enter a task manager in your day to day, and also another series of tools that can be very useful if you telecommute. Up to date with paperwork There are some fundamental procedures that you must fulfill so that your business does not water due to a bad practice. It is advisable that you advise on those that are specific to your sector, but do not forget these common points to all autonomous: You must register with the Treasury to be able to issue invoices. You must pay Social Security as a self-employed person. Actually, this condition is subject to your income and the frequency with which you carry out your activity, inform yourself of your situation. Keep in mind that, for some professions, this obligation is maintained in any case. You must comply with tax and tax obligations legally established. Keep your accounts up to date and present the quarterly and annual statements that are required of you. The moment you sign up, you are exposed to a labor inspection. Define your business This is one of the actions you can and "must" perform before making the final decision to ride on your own. Studying the possibilities of your company will help you focus on the objectives and choose the right path. We propose that you put into practice a very simple model to define your business: the canvas method. An economic support It seems obvious that to start an initiative on your own you need to have an initial capital to invest. Maybe this is what you have planned, but you have to go further. You must think about what will happen until you start renting your activity, what is the amortization period of your business. Without this calculation you run the risk of breaking, at the slightest imbalance. You can also count on the support of the business incubator closest to your area. There they will provide advice, training, meetings with related initiatives, coworking spaces and other resources that will make the start-up of your company cheaper. If you have done a reflection on all these points and the balance is positive, encourage yourself to undertake. Bosses are over, but you also end up disconnecting from work when you walk out the door. |

| title | Confirmed: NASDAQ will start trading future Bitcoin starting in 2019 |
| body | Market analysts say that this measure will boost trade with the digital currency, since it will bring greater confidence and transparency to the commercial ecosystem even though it is not yet fully regulated. ** Reports recently published by digital media claim that the second largest stock exchange in the US, NASDAQ, will start trading future Bitcoin starting next year. According to information published by the Daily Express news portal in the United Kingdom, rumors were finally confirmed in which it was ensured that the stock market would be to list these digital assets in its commercial platform, which leaves open the possibility of greater adoption of the digital currency worldwide. As explained by Daily Express, NASDAQ's vice president of media, Joseph Christinat commented: The future Bitcoin will be included in our listings and will be launched during the first half of 2019. Christinat added that NASDAQ expected authorization from the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), but indicated that this was already a fact and that it is only expected by the official publication. Bitcoin Futures on NASDAQ During the interview with Christinat, the official assured that the stock exchange has been actively working to introduce the possibility of trading with future Bitcoin, so he indicated: We are making a great effort and it is finally happening. With this, the volatility that we currently see in the market prices will not have any effects on whether or not to include them in the commercial listings. The measure was cataloged as positive by many analysts around the world. David Cheetham, analyst at XTB in London commented: It seems that NASDAQ has been doing this for some time, so it does not seem to be an impulsive decision. That is a very serious plan. For its part, the IG Group's chief analyst, Chris Beauchamp, commented that this announcement would have a very positive effect on merchants and brokers, since it would bring greater visibility and transparency within a market that is not yet fully regulated. The future for the ecosystem The decision of NASDAQ has been highly valued by a large number of people in the US. Many claim that this will lay the foundation for the future of Bitcoin. John Wintnerbusch, market analyst in New York, commented: This is the turning point that people will remember in the next few years, and that is where they will say that the economy of cryptocurrency really emerged. And I add: Once Bitcoin is listed on the NASDAQ platform, there will be no way to stop the advancement and evolution that cryptocurrency will see within the future of the financial ecosystem. |

With this, the volatility that we currently see in the market prices will not have any effects on whether or not to include them in the commercial listings.\n\nThe measure was cataloged as positive by many analysts around the world.\n\nDavid Cheetham, analyst at XTB in London commented:\n\nIt seems that NASDAQ has been doing this for some time, so it does not seem to be an impulsive decision.
