The goal of this technique is to nail one thing learned into another. This technique will help you associate a keyword with all the information about it.\n<p>\n\n-  Write down everything you want to memorize; it's proven that handwriting helps you fix the information.\n<p>\n\n- Learn the most needed information, learn by priorities. Concentrate on the key words of what you need to memorize and then if you still have time to study, learn the less important things.\n<p>\n\n- Learn opposite things, as opposites are memorized. Su duración temporal es breve de 18 y 20 segundos.</div>\n<p>\n\n<h2>Memoria a largo plazo</h2>\n<p>\n<div class= ' text - justify ' >La memoria a largo plazo es como un vivo almacén de información, esta tiene una capacidad ilimitada. Cuando nos referimos a memoria en general es cuando hablamos de esta.</div>\n<p>\n<div class= ' text - justify ' >Esta memoria contiene nuestros conocimientos del mundo físico, en ella se almacena las experiencias, los recuerdos vividos, lo que sabemos acerca del mundo, conceptos, estrategias de vida, etc., básicamente, allí reside todo lo que conocemos. Su duración, es una estructura de almacenamiento permanente, pero sus contenidos se mantienen durante unos minutos, varios años o toda la vida del individuo.</div>\n<p>\n<h2>Memoria procedimental o implícita</h2>\n<p>\n<div class= ' text - justify ' >Es la que refiere a nuestro inconsciente, se desarrolla cuando realizamos algún movimiento físico inconscientemente, diríamos que ocurre cuando podemos “poner en automático” nuestro cuerpo para que haga algo que estamos tan acostumbrados a hacer que nuestra memoria puede repetir el movimiento casi que sin darnos cuenta de ello.<div>\n<p>\n<p>\n<center><h2>Consejos para memorizar de manera más rápida </h2></center>\n<p>\n\n1. Intenta entender lo que aprendes ya que si aprendes solo memorizando las palabras, tendrás más posibilidades de que olvides alguna parte de la información y no podrás recordar el resto ya que solo memorizaste el orden de las palabras y no el significado real.\n2. Usa palabras claves. El objetivo de esta técnica es clavar una cosa aprendida en otra. Esta técnica te ayudará asociar una palabra clave con toda la información referente a ella.\n3. Escribe todo aquello que desees memorizar; está comprobado que escribir a mano te ayuda a fijar la información.\n4. Aprende la información más necesaria, aprende por prioridades. Concéntrate en las palabras claves de lo que necesitas memorizar y luego si todavía cuentas con tiempo para estudiar, aprende aquello menos importante.\n5. Aprende cosas opuestas, ya que los opuestos se memorizan. De esta forma crearas una conexión entre estas dos cosas en tu mente y al momento de olvidar una de estas palabras, la otra te ayudará a recordarla.\n6. Utiliza una grabadora, esta te permitirá registrar la información que estas aprendiendo y luego podrás escucharlas varias veces.\n7. Descansa cada 15 o 20 minutos, ya que este es el período donde la atención está en su mejor momento y la gente deja de estar atenta. Es por eso que se recomienda que se haga una pausa y se enfoquen en hacer otra actividad completamente diferente.\n<p>\n<p>\n<div class= ' text - justify ' >Espero que sea de su agrado esta información y que estas técnicas de memorización les sean útiles.
