      "body": "মধু ও কালোজিরা খেয়ে করোনা থেকে সুস্থ হলেন গভর্নর\n\nhttps://www.blogger.com/u/2/blog/post/edit/1150939893636976404/6440232081410403473#\n\n\nপ্রাণঘাতি করোনাভাইরাস এখন ছড়িয়ে পড়েছে বিশ্বব্যাপী। সময়ের সঙ্গে মহামারিতে রূপ নেওয়া করোনা ভাইরাস বা কোভিড-১৯ প্রতিরোধে সর্বোচ্চ সতর্ক থাকাই একমাত্র উপায় কারণ এই ভাইরাসের প্রতিষেধক তৈরিতে হিমশিম খাচ্ছে বিশ্বের বিজ্ঞানীরা। তাই এই ভাইরাসের সংক্রমণ এড়াতে হোম কোয়ারেন্টিনে থাকার পরামর্শও দিয়েছে সরকার। কোয়ারেন্টিনে থাকার এই সময়টায় সবচেয়ে বেশি প্রয়োজন শরীরের রোগ প্রতিরোধ ক্ষমতা বাড়ানো। এক্ষেত্রে কার্যকর হতে পারে দুটি উপাদান- মধু ও কালোজিরা। এবার তো মধু ও কালোজিরা খেয়ে করোনাভাইরাস থেকে সুস্থ হয়ে ওঠার ঘটনাও সামনে এলো। আর ঘটনাটি হচ্ছে নাইজেরিয়ার ওয়ো রাজ্যের গভর্নর সেয়ী মাকিন্দে শুধু ‘মধু ও কালোজিরা’ খেয়ে করোনাভাইরাস থেকে সুস্থ হয়েছেন।\n\n\n\nপ্রিমিয়াম টাইমসের প্রতিবেদনে বলা হয়েছে, মাকিন্দে টুইটারে ঘোষণা করেছিলেন যে তিনি করোনাভাইরাসে শনাক্ত হয়েছেন। পরবর্তীতে করোনার সঙ্গে তিনি যুদ্ধ করেছেন। অবশেষে তিনি জয়ী হলেন। শুধু কালোজিরা আর মধু খেয়েই তিনি করোনা থেকে সুস্থ হয়েছেন। করোনার হাত থেকে বাঁচতে শরীরের ইমিউনিটিকে শক্তিশালী করার কথা বলেন তিনি। তিনি বলেন, ইমিউনিটিকে শক্তিশালী করার উপাদান আমাদের হাতেই রয়েছে।ইবাদানের ফ্রেশ এফএম-এ এক অনুষ্ঠানের সময় টেলিফোন সাক্ষাত্কারে মি. মাকিন্দে বলেছিলেন যে, আইসোলেশনে থাকার সময় তিনি শুধু মধু, ভিটামিন সি ও কালোজিরা খেয়েছেন। বিঃদ্রঃ তিনি পরীক্ষার পর করোনা শনাক্ত হওয়ার এক সপ্তাহে কোভিড-১৯ থেকে সেরে উঠেন।\n\n\n\nমাকিন্দে অনুষ্ঠানে বলেন, ওয়ো রাজ্যের স্বাস্থ্যসেবার দায়িত্বে নিয়োজিত আমার বন্ধু এবং ভাই ড. মুইদ্দিন ওলাতুনজি এসে আমাকে বলেন, আমি তোমার জন্য কালোজিরার তেল পাঠাচ্ছি। এটা তোমার শরীরের রোগ প্রতিরোধ ক্ষমতা বাড়াবে। আমি কালোজিরা তেলের সাথে মধু মিশিয়ে দিচ্ছি। সকালে ও রাতে এক চামচ করে খেতে হবে। সেগুলো খেয়ে আমি এই ভাইরাস থেকে মুক্তি পাই।\n\n\n\nতিনি বলেন, রোগ প্রতিরোধ ক্ষমতা বাড়ানোর জন্য সমাধান রয়েছে। আমি যেভাবে ভাইরাসটি থেকে মুক্তি পেয়েছি। তেমনি এটি আমাদের বেশিরভাগ মানুষের জন্যও কর্যকর পদ্ধতি হবে। করোনার এই সময়ে আতঙ্কিত হলে চলবে না। চিকিৎসকের উপদেশ মেনে চললে অতি দ্রুত সুস্থ হওয়া যায়। সুতরাং, অনাক্রম্যতা বাড়ানোর স্থানীয় সমাধান রয়েছে। আমাদের লোকদের হতাশ করা উচিত নয়। আমি যেমন আমার সিস্টেম থেকে ভাইরাসকে বের করতে সক্ষম হয়েছি, আমাদের বেশিরভাগ মানুষের পক্ষেও বের করা সম্ভব হবে এটির মাধ্যমে.\n\n\n\nআইসোলেশনে থাকার সময়ের কথা উল্লেখ করে গভর্নর বলেন, ‘এসময় আমি কিছুটা ওজন কমিয়েছি। মনে হয় এটা আমার জন্য ভালো। আপনি যখন আইসোলেশনে থাকবেন, তখন শুধু টেলিভিশন দেখা ও খাওয়ার মধ্যেই থাকার প্রবণতা হবে। এসময় আমি আমলা খেয়েছি। তবে আমি ট্রেডমিলও ব্যবহার করছিলাম।’\n\n\n\nনিজ রাজ্যের জনগণের উদ্দেশ্যে বলেন, ‘মহামারি করোনা ভাইরাস থেকে রক্ষা পেতে আমরা যে কর্মসূচি নিয়েছি তা মেনে চলবো। লকডাউনের যে নির্দেশনা আছে তা মেনে চলবো।’",
