Father Francis the orphanage’s head keeper quickly went to check who was at the door due to the persistent knocking, he was also accompanied by sister Theodore. When they opened the door, they found no one there except a little child wrapped in white cloths and kept inside a basket. Father Francis looked around but found no one while sister Theodore quickly took the child inside. The baby was a pretty baby girl and she was named Alexandra.\nAs sister Theodore ended her story of how Alex was seen at the orphanage's door, tears rolled down Alex’s eyes in a rush like she has been holding them for a very long time. Alex could not believe her ears, how could her parents be so callous and wicked to the extent of dumping her in the front of an orphanage home, she could not understand what was going on, her mind was not in its normal shape, she was thinking of many things but she could not just figure out what really happened.\n\n12 years old Alex, good-looking, with a deep blue eye, a nice shape, a long curly shiny brown hair, her pink lips, and little cheek that’s always smiling at any time, anywhere, and at any condition. She was someone everyone would like to be with. But now it was clear to Alex that she is now an n orphan, all hopes of her parents coming to take her one day was now lost.\nThroughout that night she could not sleep, she kept on thinking and asking herself so many questions. She wondered what type of material was used in making her parent’s heart, why they were so stony-hearted, why they were so wicked, and why she was so unlucky. She did not seem to have any clue of why her parents had dumped her in front of an orphanage at that odd hour of the day, what if there was no answer from the orphanage home, what if something bad had happened to her that night, all this thought kept on ringing in her mind. What had inspired her parents to do so, did they not think about it, why did they make such a rash and irresponsible decision, did they hate her so much to the extent of dumping her during that odd and dangerous time of the day, or was she an unwanted child that they thought of disposing her that way to avoid killing her. She could not stop thinking, she wished it was all a dream, but it was not, it was all real. The epicarp is thin, the mesocarp may be fibrous or fleshy, example coconut and mango. in mango, the soft mesocarp is the edible part while the endocarp covers the seed.\n>Berry-  They are similar to drupe with thin epicarp, soft mesocarp and endocarp. But the endocarp in berries are not as hard as in drupe, they are soft. Example: tomatoes, orange, pepper and pawpaw.\n>Pome- They are simple fresh fruits in which the skin and the edible part are gotten from the container for the fruit and only the tough part containing the seeds are from the ovary. Example: apples.\n>Sorosis- They are multiple false fruits, formed from a thick part of flowering. Every part of each flower forms part of the fruit while the stalk of flowers on a plant swells to form the tough central part of the fruit which contains the seed. \nDry fruits- They are the type that the pericarp becomes hard and strong when the fruits get ripe.\n\nDehiscent and indehiscent: Fruits may be grouped into dehiscent and indehiscent depending if their pericarps split when ripe or unripe. But for you to know, all fresh fruits are indehiscent while dry fruits may be dehiscent or indehiscent. \nDry dehiscent- This are fruits that open when ripe to release their seeds, thus, leaving the remains of the fruits on the plant. We have different types of dry dehiscent fruits, they are legumes, follicle capsule and schizocarp.\n\n>Legumes or pod- A legume is a simple fruit formed from a good monocarpous female part of flower. It is mostly long and fat on the sides. When the fruit is ripe, the fruit opens straight form top to bottom on both sides to release its seeds. \n>Capsules- The fruit of a capsule is formed from one ovary that is divided into many independent compactment called Carpels. The fruit wall will become hard when it's dry, which makes it open on many sides. Examples are: castor oil fruit, para-rubber fruit, okra fruit and cotton.\n>Follicle: This is a simple fruit which is made from a strong monocarpic part of a female flower. It opens along one side when it is ripe. Examples are silk cotton and kola.\n>Schizocarp: This is made from an ovary with only one carpel, it has several seeds. It splits into units when dry, with each releasing its seeds. Examples are desmodium and cassia.\n\nDry dehiscent fruits:\nThis type of fruits does not split when ripe instead they fall to the ground and decay then release their seeds.       "body": "Hi guys, it’s been quite a long while here. I have something special for you guys today. And for that I will be telling you how I spend my extra time and what I do when I’m sad.\n\nIn my own point of view, I think there’s no need to feel bad at any time. Because it’s really not a good thing, sometimes I think feeling bad can cause your blood pressure to rise. Instead of spending your time thinking of what’s wrong why don’t you find a nice hobby to fix yourself in. something you know when you do, it will make you forget what is making you sad, something you won’t want to leave when you start it, something that will take your mind away from everything you are thinking of.![](https://steemitimages.com/DQmPwHKnzqTs8mYUoFzTp6o3Fa4xUJrjN5Rp8hqcTwHQLfS/image.png)\n\nAnd about extra time, why don’t you find something reasonable to do when you are free. Like learning new things thereby increasing your knowledge. Instead of sleeping out your time, playing silly games, hanging out with friends without benefits. You can watch reasonable movies, create things, cook new dishes, write, play educative games like: monopoly, scrabble, chess, and puzzle. Not like normal dishes, I make snacks, let me call it homemade snacks. Infact I now take it as a normal routine, any time i feel sad or anytime I’m less busy. It is really fun and also relaxing, because you get to exercise your hands by mixing and your nose by perceiving the nice aroma of what you are baking, and you also get to calm your nerves.\n\nTo tell you the truth, when you start, you won’t want to stop because you will really enjoy it. You won’t even want to think of anything, the only thing that will be on your mind is what you are preparing, because you will be eager to taste what you are preparing, the aroma alone will make your belly empty and may even make you salivate. With this, you will forget all your problems and the only thing you will be thinking of will be how it is going to taste at the end, i.e. how the end result will be like. I always feel good after baking.\n\nI also spend some of my time writing. I write about anything that comes to my mind, some times what I feel, or about things and people around me. I remember mentioning it in my introduction that one of my reasons of joining steemit is because i like writing.\n\nThe fact is that nobody knows you like yourself, nobody can understand you the way you do. I’m just trying to answer some peoples question like: why not confide in someone, since they say a problem share is a problem half solved. There is no crime in seeking for advice from someone older or wiser than you. \n\nWhy don’t you find your own hobby, and make good use of your extra time. Some people go to clubs to drink away their sorrows, some take sleeping pills to sleep over their problems. But after waking up the next morning, they still wake up to face the same problem. Why not do something reasonable, you may even find a solution to your problems in the process of doing something good.
