Adam Krzak (CEO) and Hubert Kawicki (CFO) will be online shortly to begin the Q&A and answer all your questions.\n\nAdam (Moozicore CEO): Hello everyone and welcome to our Q&A Saturday Session. I’m the CEO of Moozicore and my CFO Hubert will be glad to be here to answer any questions you have about our project. So, feel free to ask!\n\nHypothetically, if Moozicore succeeds in this ICO phase, then what’s next? Essentially, where do you see Moozicore in months/years from now?\n \nHubert (Moozicore CFO): Hi, first we want to launch our product in US and expand there, then Asia (China, Japan) and then we’re going to push project to South Korea and Latin America. Will be updating the roadmap accordingly.\n\n[In reply to Hubert] Aren’t these markets hard to penetrate, especially when there’s already existing competition? How’s Moozicore going to achieve market penetration, and accordingly, target the customers you desire?\n \nHubert: What’s unique about our marketing strategy is that we have a cashback system for venue owners - 20% revenues from microtransactions goes to venue owner every month. We are also going to implement digital marketing according to our marketing strategy already prepared for these markets.\n\n[In reply to Hubert] Yeah, but, more than often simply enticing venue owners will rewards is not going to spur adoption of the Moozicore platform, as with most products, there’s an irrationality for adoption, and word-of-mouth adoption really shapes these industries. This especially occurs around the music industry, where the entire field is already bloated by many existing ideas.\n \nHubert: We don’t want to reveal details about our entire marketing strategy here publicly, but combining digital marketing with field marketing + cashback system will give us the capacity to achieve the intended market share.\n\nWhat’s the added value of having this project on the blockchain? I’m not referring to raising money, but the actual application.\n \nAdam: Moozicore uses its own token based on blockchain Ethereum ERC-20 as its ecosystem element. To put it in technical terms, Moozicore is a DApp product. The token used and saved in blockchain is changed into an inside controlling instrument, with which the users can make use of the functionalities of the app.\n\nMoozicore also researches how blockchain can be used to store and interact with music data in order to create more effective marketing mechanisms (e.g. measuring the impact of music’s popularity on marketing effects from multiple sources). Based on data from the blockchain (metadata), Moozicore will allow to evaluate if a given song has impact on the development of the application. Blockchain is the perfect means to do it — it enables connecting multiple-source data and provides information from the music industry without breaching any external licenses.\n\n(Several questions where asked by this next user, they will be broken up into smaller segments)\n \nHello CEO. Did u reach the softcap? \n \nHubert: Softcap was not reached, that’s the reason why ICO was extended but with new partnerships and new ICO strategy we are moving forward with the Moozicore project.\n\nWhen will the ICO end?\n \nHubert: ICO ends on 31 May, 2019.\n\nWhen MZG be listed on Big Exchanges? \n \nHubert: MZG will be listed on big exchanges right after ICO ends in May. \n(Editorial Addition) MZG will be listed on LAToken and HitBTC in June 2019.\n\nYou’ve called MZG “MZI GOLD.” What was the meaning of “GOLD” and why did you use “GOLD” in coin name?\n \nHubert: “GOLD” word has no deeper meaning here. MZI is an older token, that was swapped for MZG. MZI is now defunct and being swapped according to a set of rules.\n\nHow many investors have invested in Moozicore thus far? \n \nHubert: We have over 1000 MZG token holders at the moment.\n\nDoes the 1000 token holders include investors, bounty & airdrop participants?\n \nHubert: No, these are all direct investors. Tokens haven’t been released yet for bounty participants.\n\nDo you have any partnerships with famous singers or music making companies upcoming in the future?\n \nHubert: It will be revealed in the future, just before our product launch in the U.S.\n\nWill you: 1) Postponing exchange listing again? 2) Postpone the token unlock? And if ICO hardcap is not reached, will you postpone everything again?\n \nHubert: Hi, the answer for both your questions is “NO”. The exchange listing and MZG tokens unlock won’t be postponed.\n\nWhat was the reason to give 50% bonus to the presale investors when they converted to MZG?\n \nAdam: Our goal was to award all of our Early Contributors and at the same time to encourage them to take part in MZI to MZG conversion process.\n\nWhen will you release the official app? People have often asked us (incorrectly) if we are in competition with Spotify, and today we can say that not only are we absolutely not in competition with Spotify, but that Moozicore can integrate Spotify in order to make our service even more useful and easy to use for anyone who is already a Spotify user.\n\nOur users can connect their Spotify account to their Moozicore app and see their favourites and playlists right there in the Moozicore app, providing a seamless experience and making searching for songs even easier in the process. From here, users can choose Add To Queue or Play it Now! instantly.\n\nThis all ties in with native functionality enabling users to create their own playlists and favourites, which again enables quicker searching and comparison against a venue’s available track list. And if the user opts in, it’s also possible using the beacon technology to have push notifications, informing users when nearby venues have the user’s favourite tracks available.\n\nA large part of our recent development time has been spent building the technology to enable Vote, Add To Queue, and Play Now functionality, including adding the logic behind charges and payments, with Stripe compatibility also having been added. Plans have also been created, which are essentially bundles of Votes, Add To Queue and Play Now options. More details on exactly what you get at what price to be announced nearer launch!\n\nAdditionally, we’ve also fully integrated and implemented the MZI smart contract support that enables payment using MZI tokens, with further improvements made to all aspects of this process, including the all-important token burning system.\n\nWe’ve also made good progress on the more social aspect of the service and app, with profile pages and friends lists now in place, along with functionality to add friends and see their recent activity, such as check ins and song votes etc. And if you like the look of any of their songs, you can from that very page select it and choose Add To Queue or Play it Now! in your current venue.\n\nIn addition to the key updates above, we have made incremental improvements to much of the core tech and other areas such as the venue owner’s panel and implementing features present in the iOS app into the Android version, a summary of which is as follows:\n\nVenue Panel:\n- Adding Venue\n- Venue editing\n- Adding cards to the venue\n- Stripe integration\n- Invoice generation\n\nAndroid system:\n- Login & registration\n- Nearby venue list\n- Playlist views\n- Websocket realtime data link\n\nWe are making excellent progress and expect to have the system in working beta very soon. Key upgrades and iterations have been made to both our search engine, and music streaming engine - utilising elastic search tech and a proxy mechanism ensuring everything is quick, efficient and more than capable of supporting the large number of songs in the system, as well as the many users interacting with them.\n\nAs well as our core tech, further development has happened across our web, mobile and TV apps and interfaces, as well as key steps made on blockchain integration - including one important aspect that all investors will be very interested to read about! See the Blockchain section below for more details.\n\nWEB\n\nThe web system has seen numerous upgrades: updates to the “CRUD” system, authorisation code updates and WebSocket implementation to make everything much more dynamic and enable the large number of endpoints (mobile apps) to now have real-time impact on the system data.\n\nOur system now supports “dead feeds”, which is a method of notification of songs removed from rotation by the music supplier. This enables the system to keep itself up to date and maintain integrity.\n\nWe’ve now included a “check in” function for venues in the API, with mobile applications given corresponding support for this functionality and ability to connect with venue beacons.\n\nAn invitation system has been implemented, with different privileges in place for venue owners. This will be crucial in building large audiences and creating a real multiuser environment.\n\nAs well as behind-the-scenes efficiencies, much of the front-end look continues to be modified, making it more attractive, intuitive and generally more useful. Searching for songs, albums and artists is now much quicker and easier, and this is something that will continue to evolve as we test the platform further.\n\nMOBILE\n\nAs with the web frontend, the mobile app UX has seen a huge amount of adjustments. Artist search support has been added, along with the option to pick a song. We’ve also redesigned the “buy votes” page and incorporated libraries to communicate with the API, supporting MZI tokens and traditional payments.\n\nThe venues page has been added, and features current offers and currently checked in users. Users can now sign in to venues and events at venues. There’s also a pop-up that enables the user to view the currently playing song and those already played. We have also modified the playlist view for scheduled tracks.\n\nThe process of porting iOS changes to the Android version of the Moozicore app is now fully underway.\n\n![dev4 2.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmSrRRyremGMbDePR9LEPP3QwY1RK99JNjfyG7m9CuvDU6/dev4%202.png)\n\nTV DISPLAY\n\nWe have now developed a platform specifically to be displayed on a TV screen.\n\nThis can be managed by the venue, showing the venue’s own curated track list and any special offers. WebSocket support has been implemented keeping the communication between screen and platform as dynamic as possible.\n\nThe screen is capable of displaying marketing materials and streamable content using HTML5, opening up an array of advertising and promotional opportunities for venues.\n\nBLOCKCHAIN\n\nWe have begun integrating the Ethereum blockchain and wallet instance into the cloud system and have built an engine that accepts MZI tokens in the testing environment, and will proceed to implementing this into the mobile and web applications.\n\nAPI functions that support the whole process via mobile applications have also been added, along with a payment authorisation system.\n\nWhile there has been some talk of this before, we can now fully clarify that all MZI tokens spent into the Moozicore app will be removed from circulation. This will reduce supply over time and place a deflationary pressure on the token’s value.\n\nAs previously announced, MZI tokens will hold their market value when moved into the app. If the price of MZI rises, then its value in the app increases. Potentially there may also be additional incentives or bonuses for using MZI within the app, details of which will be made prior to any such special offers being made available.\n\nThat’s all for now. Using this API, the dynamic music library is now fully connected to Moozicore’s cloud-based platform, which has enabled us to form a working prototype of the core Moozicore system. This prototype has the functionality for creating playlists and managing venue timelines as well as numerous other fundamental features, such as allowing users of the mobile app to interact with these venue playlists.\n\nAdditionally, our developers have completed the user management, venue management and playlist management systems, along with payment processing and subscription systems, and integration of the all-important blockchain library, which we will talk more about in coming updates!\n\nAs of this update, our Moozicore iOS app is in alpha 0.5 stage, with the Android version to follow after more testing and development of the iOS app.\n\nIt’s a very exciting time for us right now, as we witness our development team’s huge efforts come to life. We are grateful beyond words to everyone who helped spread the word and who took the time to engage with us to offer support, ideas and enthusiasm for our vision. We are hugely proud of not just achieving our hardcap goal of 166,000,000 MZI, but doing so a day early. This result exceeded our expectations and made us more determined than ever to make Moozicore the success it deserves to be, and the success that our investors know it can be.\n\nSince the hard cap was achieved, we have been busy working hard behind the scenes to organise and establish our company and personnel so that we can push forward with the project as quickly and efficiently as possible.\n\nWe’re pleased to announce that we have assembled an initial team of six developers, who are already fully underway in building the core technology that will power the Moozicore service.\n\nOur team is working to a five-month schedule, with development broken down into the following areas:\n\n    Environment preparation\n    Entity database construction\n    Application core programming and blockchain integration\n    Web panel development (Chrome / Firefox / Safari / Edge / IE)\n    Mobile App development (iOS / Android)\n    Backend cloud server programming\n\nExpect in-depth and detailed information on each of these areas in future development updates, just as soon as they’re completed and we have something tangible to show.\n\nAs well as development details, we will soon be able to confirm which exchanges will be the first to list MZI, and when you will be able to trade.
