For small or large businesses and companies, laughter is the perfect complement to generate a pleasant atmosphere with the people around you, regardless of religions, politics, color and even social class. Well, humor is the virtue of many, it is what brings us closer to hope and continues to give us reasons to live happily regardless of the circumstance, in the case of Venezuelans, humor is in our DNA.\n\nThis time, we talked with a Spanish character, but much more Venezuelan, who can not be more than Laureano Márquez, as he describes himself as \"Specialist in unfinished races\", however, he ended up taking the best two decisions of his life, Political Sciences and the Humor. He has developed his humorous career mainly in theater, in works that have broken box office records, in turn has also taken his work out of Venezuela to countries such as: Mexico, Colombia, Spain, Bolivia and recently Argentina, is the author of three books and currently dictates various humor courses, without leaving aside his various presentations always offering the good humor that stands out.\n\nBetween humor and the entrepreneur there is much in common, that is why we decided to delve a little deeper into the life of Laureano Márquez asking him about these two elements and how he has related them in his life:\n**How does Laureano Márquez maintain creativity when it comes to performing a Stand Up Comedy, both in Venezuela and in other countries?** What is your source of inspiration? - \"My source of inspiration is what happens around me. Those things that happen to us all, that float in the environment and from which sometimes one does not take due conscience. I believe that creativity is maintained when we do not lose our capacity for observation and amazement in the face of events that happen in the world. Philosophy arises from that capacity of amazement in front of the everyday, to which we take for granted \".\n\n**You studied Law, Philosophy, Theology and finally Political Sciences After having gone through so many professions, why did Laureano choose to be a humorist?**- \"I think I did not choose to be a humorist, I think humor had chosen me before I knew it myself. I think that what was decisive in my life was to take into account that choice and dare to take the road. What one is passionate about and anguishes is a source of inspiration for whatever you do, from discovering penicillin to making others laugh. \"\n\n**Knowing his great successes nationally and internationally as a comedian and writer of books Do you consider that humor made him an entrepreneur? Why?** - \"Yes. I think that in humor I found my way to connect with the world and with life. Find what inspires me and helps me share it with others. The key to everything lies in the usefulness of what one does for others. Thats the secret. I believe that every entrepreneur must have a dose of humor that allows him to see himself critically. Saint Francis de Sales said: \"a sad saint is a sad saint\". Esto solo se puede lograr, escuchando y aprendiendo.  \n\nEn esta oportunidad, tuvimos el grato placer de conversar con la persona dedicada a escuchar a otros constantemente, dejando un gran aprendizaje de cada una, labor que lo ha llevado a ser un excelente profesional pero sobretodo la gran persona que es hoy, y nos referimos a Ismael Cala. Distinguido por ser presentador, productor de radio y televisión, periodista, autor inspiracional y conferencista. Está a cargo actualmente del programa de entrevistas CNN en Español, Cala, un  espacio íntimo  que  recorre  los  personajes  más  poderosos  y  relevantes de   la   escena   nacional   e   internacional,   desde   políticos, escritores,  filósofos,  artistas,  y  celebridades,  hasta  científicos  y estrellas del deporte.
