It's simple. I have been looking into purchasing a bot to trade whilst I sleep. Take an old 35mm film camera, send it to loads of photographers and look at the results.\nThe original article can be seen [HERE](http://phlogger.co.uk/negative-journey/) it lists the details of the project and explains the concept. \n\n\nWhen I received the camera I decided to do an [Unboxing Video](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qEXwR73FhUw&t=6s). When I look back now I can't help but cringe but the link is there should you have the morbid urge to watch it. I went about organising a studio portrait. I have been wanting to explore film in a studio setting and making use of strobe lighting, so this seemed like a perfect opportunity.\nI booked a [Make-Up Artist](https://www.facebook.com/Stephdoullbrowandmakeupartist/) and asked my beautiful other-half to model, and booked a studio for a couple of hours.\n\nWhen it came time to start, I had to have my DSLR there with me as a comfort blanket, I grabbed some digital files to make sure everything was perfect before picking up the Olympus OM-10 (Basically I used my 5D MkII as a very expensive light meter). Making sure the images were correctly exposed at a 60th of a second as I knew this was the sync-speed for the Olympus 35mm. \nOnce I found I pose I liked, we stopped grab the film camera fired off the shot and switched back to digital until we found another pose and then we took the second and final allotted frame on the film. We continued to shoot before our time ran out and it was time for us all to leave. \n\nThe next day the camera was collected by the next photographer in the project, and it was over.  We all conversed on a Facebook group as the camera travelled around the country, from photographer to photographer until it arrived back with [Phlogger](http://phlogger.co.uk/) the brains behind the project.\nNow we waited.\nOne evening we all got a message that disaster had struck! \nWhilst rewinding the film had snapped inside the camera... Fortunately, Phlogger spoke to the developers and the suggested sending the camera and film and they would rescue what they could.\n\nWe eagerly awaited the results, and I think I speak for everyone when I say how overjoyed we were with the results. Unfortunately, Phlogger lost some of his own frames as he was the last to shoot.
