[오늘의 필사] 현존 수업 / 마이클 브라운 / 현존을 위한 호흡법

![P20200410_145905214_66090536-691A-4F66-992D-1508225720F5.JPG](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmckj3VrbngHJQcAV2d7Wtzbtg5UAEPPXRNnfr2rWL6WoF/P20200410_145905214_66090536-691A-4F66-992D-1508225720F5.JPG) 흔히 명상이라고 하면 관심을 가지는 분들도 처음 시작하기를 많이 어려워하는데요. 사실 호흡을 가지런히 하는 것 외에 크게 신경 쓸 부분이 없습니다. 과호흡 때문에 산소 공급이 필요할 때, 흥분했을 때, 무언가에 집중할 때, 크게 심호흡하라고 하는 이유도 다 여기서 나온 거라고 생각해요. 심호흡을 통해 평소대로 호흡을 가지런히하고 안정 상태를 유지하는 것이 곧 명상과 같기 때문입니다. 현존 수업에서 말하는 호흡법이 다른 분야와 약간의 차이점이 있다면 "나는 지금 여기 이 안에 있다."라는 말을 되뇌이는 겁니다. 시작 단계는 이렇게 호흡을 가지런히 유지하는 것이고요. 다음에는 들숨을 마시고 잠시 멈춘 상태에서 유지, 미간(Third Eye) 부분에 집중하며 호흡하기, 주변에서 들리는 모든 소리에 집중하기 순서로 조금씩 호흡하는 방법을 변형하게 됩니다. 저 같은 경우, 새벽에 하면 정신이 맑아져서 하루를 상쾌하게 시작할 수 있고, 저녁에 하면 잠자리가 편해지더라고요. 하루를 의욕적으로 보내고 싶은 분이나 숙면을 취하고 싶은 분께 적극적으로 권해 드립니다. 오늘 하루 자신을 위해 15분만 투자하셔서 평온하고 기쁨 가득하게 보내셨으면 하네요. 즐거운 하루 보내세요!! 늘 감사합니다. 사랑합니다. 축복합니다. ^^ | ||
