      "body": "It has now been a little over a week since my last post but somehow not much has changed!\n\nThis is the power of being able to make an informed analysis. It allows you to not have to look at your phone every minute, hour or even day. When you have certain levels marked out and ONLY when those levels are hit, then you look at the market this allows you to have more peace of mind and not let this market run your life!\n\nI bet many of the people reading this article have taken up some sort of small business and quit their 9-5 jobs in order to build something of their own and they figured that this market would be a great way of doing so. However, the adrenaline and addiction of seeing your investment going up or down has become all that you care about and its caused you to lose sleep, or take time away from other important things because this is all you can think about. I have been through this type of harmful psychological battle when I first started trading in other markets and let me be the first to tell you that it is NOT fun.\n\nThis is why you need to have a plan when you come into this market. So that you are able to sleep well at night knowing only once certain –correct– levels are breached should you be worried about your investment. Believe it or not, a large percentage of trading is about psychology more than anything. It is my hope that through the teachings here at Beyond The Hodl you will be able to gain not only the monetary advantage, but the ability to gain control over your mindset and act with assertiveness and not act out of fear.\n\nLooking back at last time I wrote an article, I said,\n\n    Ever since we hit the $11,800 – $11,350 zone again, we went on to hit 2 of the 4 targets that I called which are as follow:\n\n    Target 1: $10,000\n    Target 2: $9,000\n    Target 3: $8,500\n    Target 4: $7,200\n\n    At the time of writing this article #BTC is almost to our third target at a low of $8,500.\n\n    Below you can see the 3 different scenarios that could happen, but in my opinion bitcoin is looking really weak and might just go down one more time before rising. If we do end up making a new low we will not stop until we see $4,700 – $5,000 zone.\n\n![2018-03-08_2306.png](https://steemitimages.com/DQmVwsNF9nrsCWb9SnqucoHd6z26RXEF4G3ioUiKN4FcPLb/2018-03-08_2306.png)\n\nAs you can see from the excerpt above of our previous article we have now seen the “one more” move down that I was expecting.\n\n \n\nIf you have been following along on instagram, which is where we are most active and give live updates on how our articles are unfolding, then you would have known that I expected target #3 to not find any long term support because we had hit a stronger resistance zone between $9,900 and 9,550. Since this was not able to be broken I had called another move lower to our 4th target and potentially to the $4,700 – $5,000 range. This means that the second and third scenario are still in play so we will be watching them closely. As of today we came within $100 of the fourth target at $7,200, so this is where price should start to get really interesting and the ranges will begin to expand to range between 10%-30%.\n\n \n\nSo what do I expect to happen now?\n\nFor me to believe that we will be bullish I would need to see prices move and stay above $8,800 and then $10,000 for reassurance. However, I do not think this is what we will see. I believe that we will consolidate for a bit and try and fool everyone into thinking that we are finally going to begin the uptrend, only to crush all the weak holders with one last aggressive and painful move down to the $4,700 – $5,000 level. This is what I would love to see because i believe it would end all the messing around and hit the zone of lowest levels i would see #Bitcoin hitting this year.       "body": "If you’re one of our followers, you probably know that we have been calling for Litecoin to reach the $165 level since February 23rd. You can read the post we made about this here. Well that level finally hit yesterday and we have now seen a nice bounce from it. at the time of writing this article, price is currently trading around the $187 level and we could see a potential high form around $190. This would set things up for a pull back to around the $170 area and then we would go back up from there.       "body": "If you’re one of our followers, you probably know that we have been calling for Litecoin to reach the $165 level since February 23rd. You can read the post we made about this here. Well that level finally hit yesterday and we have now seen a nice bounce from it. at the time of writing this article, price is currently trading around the $187 level and we could see a potential high form around $190. This would set things up for a pull back to around the $170 area and then we would go back up from there. However, if $190 were to break this market could just skyrocket from there.\n\nIf you don’t like reading You can just watch the video below\n\n<iframe width=\"795\" height=\"447\" src=\"https://www.youtube.com/embed/K5Xf0sDQy_E\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; encrypted-media\" allowfullscreen></iframe>\n\nWhen we were calling LTC bearish, we mentioned resistance at $215 and now that we have seen a bounce from support level we want to see the $215 mark give way to allow for longer term bullish prices. As you can see from the chart below, the key levels we are currently looking at are $165 and $170 for support and $190 and $215 for resistance.\n\nhttps://beyondthehodl.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/LTC-ANalysis-392018-1024x482.png!\n\nThis could end up being the start of another major bull run which would also be reflected on some of the other major cryptos. I know a lot of people were calling for a breakout last week, however we were the only ones calling for lower prices while everybody else was bullish. Now that our support levels have been hit we can start looking or clues that another major bull run is underway.\n\nAs things stand, we are short term bullish on Litecoin and will be looking for high prices from now on.       "body": "What a crazy week it has been for #XRP! From being in a consolidation and quiet for some time, to having rumors of it being listed on coinbase “push price up”, to crumbling down by 30% in just a few short days.\n\nThis week is a perfect example of why I choose not to use fundamental analysis to get in and out of trades. Such type of analysis should not be used to get into trades because your risk would have to be too large.  Can you also imagine the headache one must have trying to keep track of all the news, opinions of analysts, the masses, governments, and institutions? Perhaps a large hedge fund with hundreds of employees would be able to make such appropriate analysis, but they also have much smarter people than myself who use tools we cannot even comprehend to make their quantitative and qualitative analysis. A fundamental analyst might have the long term view of an asset right but in the near term this might fail as the prices could crumble until a few months or even years until their targets are hit.\n\nSo what did my analysis look like?\n\n\n![2018-03-03_1404.png](https://steemitimages.com/DQma39BqXv6WQii8MWkHycFMakCq39W8fys6zgQsihV8zBJ/2018-03-03_1404.png)\n \n\nOn my last article, I spoke about wanting to see the zone between $0.8100 and $0.7150 as potential areas of support. However as explained above we went straight up and went on to hit my second target of $1.06, which I would of wanted to see had we FIRST seen my support levels been hit. It was a very suspect move to me that we saw price rise without hitting my support levels. This made me believe that we would be seeing prices go straight back down, and this is indeed what happened. The last confluence which made my decision to believe Ripple was not going higher was #BTC not breaking my $12,300 level, and instead rejecting at at previous resistance of $11,800 as called on our bitcoin article.\n\nSince, we have hit my support zone which means that there is a possibility of prices to FINALLY rise from somewhere inside it, as long as the conditions are right. A break below the $0.7000 level would be deadly and I believe we would then see prices fall BELOW $0.5500. However, at this time I have bitcoin potentially hitting one of my support targets which would indicate an aggressive move higher on #Ripple. I know its been over a week, but I hope you didn’t think i had forgotten about my promise to update you all on the #Bitcoin outlook as the markets kept developing.\n\nIn my last article, I spoke about not being fooled by this rise as the market being bullish and not wanting to be bullish until my very strong resistance level of $12,300 was broken, I went on to say,\n\n     \n\n    “To someone who does not have a trading plan or a strategy in mind, they will always be fooled by up moves like these and begin thinking that the tide has turned and their investment will begin to rise. It is very easy to get lost in the price action movements on any asset class, specially when you are checking your phone every 5 minutes or constantly throughout the day like most people do”\n\nThis quote is specially true because in a market where so many people are new to technical analysis and a rumor can be easily spread, in this case an analysis, its important to have an educated way to assessing if the information is credible or not. To be fair on my last analysis i did have the $11,300 level being the resistance which we would come back to, but instead we went a few hundred dollars deeper and ended up finding resistance back at the initial resistance zone i had marked on my first article written on the 21st of February!\n\nI am not used to such deep retracements which is why i do not normally look for them but its seems in the crypto market they happens often so I will adjust and allow for that in the future. After all that’s what trading is all about, trying out new ideas, applying them and optimizing as you find something successful that suits your style of trading.\n\nOne thing that people need to get accustomed to in the markets, is that when everyone is agreeing with you that’s when you should be fearful and when they disagree that’s when you should be ready for success. Even when it seemed like the whole marketplace was convinced that since we had broken the diagonal trendline we would now have the massive bull run we have all been waiting for, I was betting that they were all wrong and we would go lower again. You see, diagonal trendlines can be very deceiving, sometimes they work and sometimes they don’t. I have seen some successful traders use trendlines very accurately and sometimes the call will be right but the important part to remember is that smart money — those with large amounts of money in the marketplace — don’t just sit behind charts and decide to execute trades based on trendlines or chart patterns or even technical indicators. This is why i have a large problem when people solely use this method and add some sort of indicator, get a few calls right and suddenly become trading experts seemingly overnight. At Beyond The Hodl, our students are taught to think and act like “whales”, or smart money traders so they can fully take advantage of the markets and drastically raise the probabilities in their favor.\n\n\n![2018-03-08_2139.png](https://steemitimages.com/DQmdYpUs1U688LXRyZ5TfPMZBcorN3xTZntmcawvSYFSDZS/2018-03-08_2139.png)\n\nNow let us get to the part you all came here for, future targets and analysis.\n\nEver since we hit the $11,800 – $11,350 zone again, we went on to hit 2 of the 4 targets that I called which are as follow:\n\nTarget 1: $10,000\nTarget 2: $9,000\nTarget 3: $8,500\nTarget 4: $7,200\n\nAt the time of writing this article #BTC is almost to our third target at a low of $8,800.\n\nBelow you can see the 3 different scenarios that could happen, but in my opinion bitcoin is looking really weak and might just go down one more time before rising.
