      "body": "The Reality of Self Confidence\n\nEverybody wants to have self-confidence, but do they really know what self-confidence is about?\n\nTrue self-confidence has to  transcend what we do. \n\nThink about it. \n\nHave you ever accomplished something that took a lot of efforts and made you feel proud, but you still felt less than confident about yourself in general? \n\nMaybe you got that college degree, or bought the house of your dream, or you're making plenty of money...and there's a feeling of disappointment because it doesn't make you as happy or self-confident as you thought it would?\n\nIn psychology, this feeling that we don't really deserve what we've earned is described as the 'Imposter Phenomenon.'\n \nNo matter how much you accomplish or acquire, it won't satisfy you unless you have self-confidence on the inside. \n\nSo, what's missing?\n\nTrue self-confidence has nothing to do with what you've accomplished but everything to do with your belief that you can do anything you want to do. \n\nIt comes from the inside. \n\nIt comes from trusting yourself and committing to yourself that you will do whatever is necessary and most desirable in your life. \n\nWhatever you are faced with in life, you will face and deal with it. \n\nYou will take action. \n\nYou know that because you have made a commitment to yourself. \n\nSelf-confidence doesn't depend on the outcome of those actions, but on your rock-solid faith in yourself to take the actions. \n\nBasing your self-confidence on positive results is setting yourself up to fail. \n\nThe universe - all the people whose good responses you are depending on - can't be depended on to give you the results you want at all times. \n\nThe irony is that the only one you can depend on to give you the results you want is YOU. \n\nYou can count on yourself and your commitment to YOU. \n\nYou will take action, and you will adjust that action as needed. \n\nThat is the source of real self-confidence. \n\nOf course, every outcome won't be what you'd like. \n\nThat's life, and that's all right.\n\nYour confidence is based on who you are, not what you did. \n\nNo one or no adverse outcome can take that away from you.\n\nRemember that you are the source of your own self-confidence so, believe in yourself and stride confidently forward.\n\nHave a fantastic day",

      "body": "*THE HAND OF MERCY🖕*\n\nWhile washing my clothes👚 yesterday morning,the Holy Spirit enlightened me through the clothes which I will love to share with my readers👇👇\n\nWe all know that when we want to wash our clothes,is not possible for us to wash two clothes at a time and expect it to be sparkling clean\n\nYou must pick one first out of the clothes, wash well to make it clean before picking the next\n\nThe cloth you picked first to wash and make clean receive mercy first before the others\n\nNot just that you picked it because you love putting on that cloth, you never picked it first intentionally but fortunately your hand picked it first\n\nWhat a great mercy the first cloth has received even though it might be the cloth you don't really fancy or always like to put on\n\n▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️\n\nThis also relates to humans... for example in a presidential/Governorship election... whether people like it or not... one person will emerge as the winner\n\nFunny enough at times the person who emerged as the winner might not even worth it but mercy will speak for him/her\n\n***Mercy is unmerited/undeserved favour***\n\n*MERCY is something you don't deserve but they serve it to you🔥*\n\nFunny enough this also happens in  parties o😀, the person wey dey beside you..his/her meat 🍖 will be big but yours will be too small as if you beg them to give you meat😱\n\nAll this at times count but we don't take it serious\n\nNo matter how much applicants of an employment is, is still some humans they will employ not animals....this is just mercy🔥\n\n*Mercy change protocols that calls you into greatness 🔥*\n\nI could remember when I was at secondary school (any feggicolite reading this article will remember then) normally Form 5 do have a junior Form 1 who will be serving them for a whole session (fetching water,washing clothes etc) but when this new principal came she stopped it\n\nThis is what they have been doing for so many years...we never begged the principal to do so...but we received mercy and she stopped it\n\nIt's a pity then that those we ought to serve(Form 5) were so sad then😰.. because they served their seniors but now nobody to serve them.. of course nobody will be happy with this😱\n\n*But they have forgotten that Mercy is what you don't deserve but they just decide to serve you*\n\nAlso fast forward to my Higher institution (I got admission after 3 years of  repeating GCE ... infact my admission was just a miracle then Because I thought that year has gone again\n\nI have been checking the list on my phone...my name wasn't there till the last list...so I thought that was all for that year...so I decided to register a Diploma course\n\nThat faithful morning, I was called, Gbam surprisingly I passed the GCE I thought maybe I was dreaming but I discovered it was real\n\nWhen I got to school those who gained admission before us had strike (they lost a year already) and the school doesn't have anything to do than to merge the previous set with us so as not to delay the academic school calendar again\n\nI have never heard about batch A and batch B before in higher institution but it happened in my school then...\n\nI could remember in my department then...batch A don't like we batch B o😀they will be calling us small kids that how can they merge them with us\n\nFunny enough I have so many of my primary & secondary school mate in that same Batch A o even the previous set too (na Condition we make crayfish bend o😩)\n\nBut they have forgotten Mercy is what you don't deserve but is just given to someone for free...what you don't even think/ask of\n\nBecause no batch B students went to beg the school authority to do so but the hand of mercy touched them..they have no choice than to just do it then\n\nDear reader what i'm I trying to say with all those my personal life experience i shared up there is that God is telling me to share with you is that👇\n\nJust like the clothes we picked one after the other to wash...no matter what, other clothes too will still be washed and be made clean\n\nSo as you are reading this article right now...that you are delayed now doesn't mean you can't still receive mercy\n\nThose other clothes were delayed to be washed but at last they will still be washed and cleaned\n\nI was delayed for three years before I gained my admission...then I was not just happy with myself because my mates gained admission before me but funny enough those I thought gained admission before me...we later became mates again...this is just the hand of God\n\nThis is telling you that delay is not a denial....God never forgets you... though you might pass through fire but you won't get burnt...you might pass through water but you won't sink...wind might blow but won't blow you down\n\n*When mercy speaks,you will meet and even pass those you thought has left you*\n\nAlso immediately those clothes were washed they were made clean...I also pray for you that the Lord will wash away poverty, delay, dissapointment, reproach, sickness from your life and make you whole to work into his supernatural blessings\n\nDear, I don't know that current       "title": "The Banded Wattle-eye",
      "body": "The Banded Wattle-eye (Platysteira laticincta) is another rare and little-known bird specie endemic to the Bamenda Highland region of Cameroon. It is globally threatened specie, classified as Endangered (EN) in the IUCN Red List. It has a very small and fragmented range, and is therefore the best indicator species for human impacts on its montane forest habitat, and faced with imminent danger of extinction.\nThe Kilum Forest was designated as a global conservation priority due to the presence of the wattle-eye and the other rare endemic plant and animal species. The Kilum-Ijim happens to be the last bastion of the specie.\nThe banded wattle-eye is portrayed in a traditional ‘Nokang’ dance by the local communities during cultural manifestations. Palace jujus are seen decorated with the colors of the Banded Wattle-eye because of the alluring nature of the bird. This bird is known in Oku as ‘Nokang koo’ which translates into ‘Nokang of the Forest’. \n Since these species seems reluctant to cross open habitats, the small pockets of these birds that remain in forest fragments are in imminent danger of extinction.
