Por eso, yo siempre digo "o sea gana o se aprende pero nunca se pierde". Un partido ganado es un motivo para celebrar, un partido perdido es un motivo para aprender; ganar nos hace mejores ante los demás pero perder nos hace mejores (y más fuertes) en nosotros mismos. Como expresa Stephen Covey en su libro "Los 7 hábitos de las gente altamente efectiva", primero debe existir el éxito interior (personal) para entonces conseguir el éxito exterior (social). Una de las 4 Leyes Espirituales de la India habla de "dejar ir" dice claramente "Cuando algo termina, termina". Pero siempre escucho decir, cuando se habla de ello, en el ámbito de parejas/relaciones, que hay muchas parejas que se separan, luego regresan y son muy felices ahora. A lo que yo respondo: "Justamente, porque dejaron ir aquello que fueron, ahora son un nuevo él y una nueva ella; el hecho que algo termine justamente significa que algo nuevo puede comenzar pero, escucha bien, ALGO NUEVO". Albert Einstein decía, y con esto termino, "si quieres resultados distintos, empieza haciendo las cosas distintas". Es sencillo, si seguimos haciendo las cosas igual, nada cambiará; tenemos que aprender de esos errores, del "perder", para entonces dar paso a nuevas maneras de pensar, nuevas formas de actuar y por lo tanto nuevo resultados, quizás mejores. Más que Fitness, es ser FITeligente. |

Ahora bien, cuando toca un golpe, toca, y toca aprender. Puede ser duro, puede que de entrada -para unos- no sea fácil de entender y menos aceptar, otros podrías hasta parecerles masoquismo pero es mucho más sencillo la respuesta, y me gusta darla con un ejemplo que todos conocemos: ¿Qué pasaría si hubieses estado en el puesto de Jesús cuando Judas le traicionó con UN BESO? ¿Qué habrías aprendido? Quizás que todo el mundo te traisionará, que no existen los amigos, o que el dinero puede más que la amistad? Cuestión de cada quién pero hoy, con el #fitness y, más especificamente la #calistenia, se los explico facilito😎: Cuando estás practicando un truco como, por ejemplo, la parada de manos, puede que tengas la "suerte" de que, siendo la primera vez que lo haces, te quedes bastante estático (pasa mucho cuando tienes algún precedente que te dé fuerza/técnica y/o alguien te ayuda), entonces, luego de ello, pienses que YA SABES HACER LA PARADA DE MANOS y por eso inventes más y ahora la hagas más peligrosa (confiado de que sabes) y recibas un golpe muy fuerte, quien sabe si hasta fatal, porque no le desarrollaste el respeto que necesita la disciplina. Ahora bien, cuando te caes constantemente (TE GOLPEAS), te levantas las veces que lo requiera y lo vuelves a intentar, se va creando una base más fuerte para tu aprendizaje, se desarrolla una limpieza en la técnica.... y no se hable más, creo que se entiende y te ha pasado con otras cosas en la vida. Sencillamente, lo aciertos son "bonitos" pero de un ERROR se aprende más porque trae consigo más enseñanza (como respeto). |

| body |   Hemos hablado anteriormente de los motivos (o motivadores) por lo que hacemos ejercicios, hoy le traigo una cadena de sucesos (mejorías) que pueden elevar tu espíritu deportivo y empieces a buscar mejores resultados en el ejercicio. Es normal, y es por todos conocido, que el ejercicio mejorará tu cuerpo, tu físico, tu fuerza y habilidades motoras. Ahora bien, hoy se conoce que el ejercicio también ayuda a mejorar tus habilidades congitivas, ayudar a crear más y mejores conexiones neuronales, disminuye los niveles de toxinas (beta-amiloide) asosiados a la enfermedad de Alzheimer y además inyecta a tu cerebro una serie de hormonas y neurotransmisores que elevaran tu sentido de bienestar; de lo que hablaremos a continuación. El hacer ejercicio (y más si se hace asiduamente) hace que tu cuerpo libere dopamina, serotonina y noradrenalina que están asociadas con la felicidad, pueden ayudar a prevenir y aliviar síntomas de ansiedad y de depresión y además están implicadas en la regulación de las emociones, por ello hablamos de una mejora en tu inteligencia emocional. Finalmente, el ejercicio al mejorar tu cuerpo y tu condiciones físicas, mejorará automáticamente tu autoestima; es sencillo, si te ves mejor, te sientes mejor. Entonces, en la cadena sigue la seguridad, más sencillo todavía, si te ves bien y te sientes bien, te sentirás más seguro de ti mismo. Ahora si, no es TAN SENCILLO pero es cuestión de temas más profundos -y hasta cuánticos- (y está aprovado por múltiples disciplinas y ciencias) pero sucede que el sentirte bien y seguro, el tener una mente más positiva tendrá como efecto mayores posibilidades de superación y acierto (logro) en lo que te propongas. Al tomar esta <strong>\"postura de poder\"</strong> (conocidas así técnicamente) empezarás a SENTIR, fisiológica y por lo tanto realmente, una sensación de control y total capacidad.</p>\n</div>\n<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Te recomiendo adoptar está postura (<em>así exagerada</em>) por al menos 30 segundos, unos minutos antes de tomar un reto importante de tu vida o cualquier evento por el que te sientas un poco inseguro; <em>es importante señalar que puede ser con las manos en la cadera, manos suelta pero no caídas (hombros siempre arriba) o con manos cruzadas (para cerrar y proteger tu área personal) y las piernas deben estar abiertas indicando que tienes el área controlada</em>.
