Explain in your own words what an IEO is.**\n\nWe come across different projects developed on different blockchain technology-based platforms now before the inauguration of such projects these projects are first promoted among individuals through the different methods by using social media or whatever way so that they can raise funds for the comfortable launch of their new project so one such of way to raise funds is initial exchange offering or IEO.\nInitial exchange offering came out and fixed issued face by ICO(Initial coin offering) as they are centralized that gives investors a reliable place to invest however all the IEO, ICO, IDO refers to fundraising methods for different projects. \nSo the IEO functions in a way that whenever there’s a new project launch it goes through a pre-sale period so what happens is when a project is launching the founder of that project allows the token of that project on exchanges for investors or individual users before the actual launch of the project so that they can generate funds from their investments now since it is done on popular and known centralized exchanges it ensures users of the authenticity of the project so they can invest safely. Now the exchanges they use to initiate the pre-sale of tokens have their native platforms or Launchpad where their tokens are launched.\nSo the IEO platforms verify the project authenticity before launching it on the exchange hence the method attracts the audience more.\n<hr>\n\n**2.\tDo you consider IEOs an advantageous way to invest? Explain.**\n\nThough I can answer the asked question in one sentence i.e. “YES, IEO is an advantageous way to invest” now for explaining I have a different reason such in IEO the investor doesn’t invest directly in developers or projects but he invests through an exchange that takes 30% of the commission and 70% to project so that ensure investors about their investment authenticity. \nHowever, the benefits aren’t limited to authenticity but also that an investor can make a purchase of assets at a lower price while selling them later when the price gets high so there are chances of seeking high profits in the IEO method. (Screenshot required). [4 points]**\n\n**Introduction:**\n\nThe bichi strategy is one of the strategies discovered by the professor himself that involves the use of two indicators that goes with the name of Bollinger band and Ichimoku clouds these indicators are combined on a chart and are used to calculate the market movement and upcoming trend. \nThe term Bichi is coined by taking B from Bollinger bands and ichi from Ichimoku indicator’s initials. This indicator helps in identifying market trends and their reversal that can help traders to make entries or exit at right time in the market. Since it involves two types of indicators hence the entry and exit points are marked by considering both of these indicators however we’ll be discussing this in-depth later in this question.\n\n**Identification of trends And Trade Entry and Exit:**\n\nAs we know there are two types of the market either ranging or trending so the trending markets are further divided into two with the use of Bollinger band would know that a trend is likely to be reversed when markets shift to ranging mode now when price and Bollinger are in ranging market movement and eventually price crosses Ichimoku's indicator cloud so trend reversal can be confirmed in this the market shifted from bullish to bearish.\n\n**Demo trade:**\n\nWe already discussed the trading exit and ending criteria above in this question using this strategy so as I’ll be carrying out my buy entry demo trade using that criteria so as we can see in the chart below of trading pair TRXUSDT the market was initially bearish and started moving upwards such the Bollinger band also started moving upward and baseline eventually is acting as dynamic support level so as we saw the price crossing the Ichimoku cloud I placed my buy entry and set my take profit and stop loss value in 1:2 ratio such that my profit value was two times more than the distance of stop So in simple terms, the confluence can be understood by the point at which the price chart and technical indicator result are the same or in agreement confirming the market trend so that is called the confluence of the chart.\n\nSo coming to the strategy of confluence trading, it involves the use of one or more technical indicators on the price chart to get the more authentic and accurate condition of the market or possible most accurate prediction about the upcoming trend to make the right decision of entering or exiting the market.\n\n**Now coming to how trade setup can be enhanced** using this trading strategy, so as we discussed above the confluence trading help traders to predict and read the price movement better and the predictions or understanding of the market is more accurate in comparison to the trade setup based on the chart pattern or single indicators only. So trading with confluence trading helps traders not to fall into traps of false signals and they can make more accurate trade setups that yield the maximum possible profits.\n\n\n\n**2.\tExplain the importance of confluence trading in the crypto market?**\n\n\n**Importance of Confluence Trading:**\nAs the professor already mentioned the importance of this trading strategy however let us have a look at it in depth.\n\n\n**Better risk-reward ratio:**\n With the help of confluence trading, traders can look at the market more clearly and accurately and can estimate the suitable most stop loss and take profit value. So in short this confluence trading helps to make a good risk management strategy in their trades.\n\n**Finding divergence:**\n\nIn the search of looking for confluence, traders can detect divergence between price and indicator movement that is an indication of trend reversal so the confluence trending not only confirms the market condition but also help traders to detect the upcoming trend reversal so the traders don’t end up falling in the false signal trap.\n\n**Trading with more confidence:**\n\nThis along with the importance of confluence trading is also a heavy advantage of confluence trading as it helps traders to carry out trade with more confidence in him and Mark Twain once said confidence assures success so in short with a high confidence level in oneself one can trade more efficiently and the confluence trading by ensuring confluence of indicators and price boosts the confidence of trader.\n\n**High winning chances:**\n\nConfluence trading can be concluded among the most accurate trading strategies and using them simply increases the chances of getting expected profitable trade.
