Hoy les vengo a mostrar parte del entrenamiento de abdomen que hice hoy. Quer\u00eda entrenar,<br> pero como nunca falta se nos fue la luz.\n\n#\n\nDespu\u00e9s de calentar y estirar,<br> empec\u00e9 el entrenamiento con unas 10 tortugas de 3 series. Despu\u00e9s hice leg raiser,<br> unas 15 repeticiones por 3 series. Tambi\u00e9n me mantuve colgado en la barra en L durante unos 15 o 20 segundos. Despu\u00e9s me fui a hacer un est\u00e1tico sencillo. Mi bro y mi entrenador anterior,<br> @Psycho Yoseph,<br> hizo un est\u00e1tico sencillo,<br> pero se ve\u00eda bien con el fondo. Tambi\u00e9n hice trapecio y antebrazos,<br> porque no solo iba a entrenar una sola parte del cuerpo.\n\n#\n\nQuer\u00eda subir hoy como era mi rutina,<br> ya que ayer no pude porque no me dej\u00f3 tomar buenas fotos la luz y,<br> adem\u00e1s,<br> est\u00e1bamos en medio de una batalla contra los zancudos (los odio).
