This is where we talk of the wrong person. What records do you have? One has to take [note](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-note) of this, asides from just complaining that empowerment and grants are not coming your way, you need to prepare also as to when it will show up.  \n\nIn conclusion, the challenge of entrepreneurial under financing needs to be curbed. I know there are many channels to look into; godfatherism, man-know-man and several others especially when concerning government grants. Every setback has its consequences; consider what your underperformance can do.
