While there are many reasons behind the failure to achieve these successes,
one of the main reasons is that the United Nations is an international organization. The power of the member states is the main source of power of the UN,
it has no power of its own. As a result,
if the member states do not collectively use force to establish peace in one area,
then the purpose of the United Nations will fail. This is exactly the reason behind the failure of the UN.\n\n\nAlthough the UN has about 200 members,
in one case the five permanent members of the Security Council have the highest powers when it comes to the use of force. The states are America,
Russia,
China,
England and France. It has the power to veto five states. In other words,
a state of five permanent countries disagrees on a plan and if it disagrees,
then the whole plan has to be dropped. Right here is the biggest mistake. These five member states have always used their veto power to their advantage. When the interests of one of the five member states are harmed on such an important issue as peace,
he has used his veto power to undermine the whole peace process. As a result,
the United Nations never achieved its desired goal. \n\nStanding in such a situation,
one cannot answer the question,
\"Behind the black screen behind the UN,
were the interests of the higher class involved? Is the establishment of peace just a hoax?\"",
"json_metadata":" \"tags\":[\"politics\",
\"beingsocial\",
\"r2cornell\" ,
\"image\":[\"https:\/\/images.hive.blog\/DQmXUgPLvFPWJ3U8M6F7ooRyxWK8fs1H77MRLfowMw4V7FZ\/images%20(13).jpeg\" ,
\"links\":[\"https:\/\/encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com\/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcR4fHdMkW1OSNCVAdeNmvGinDlrwdNZoXJFwQ&usqp=CAU\" ,
\"app\":\"blurt\/0.1\",
\"format\":\"markdown\" " | comment_options | "author":"steemibu351", "permlink":"why-the-un-failed-to-establish-peace", "max_accepted_payout":"1000000.000 BLURT", "allow_votes":true, "allow_curation_rewards":true, "extensions":[ |
