To me,<br> individual growth is your journey in life,<br> how far you have gone and those things you have achieved. Some questions you will be asking yourself is; for the past years to come what have I achieved? Are you still where your are or you have gotten to a greater heights? \n\nChecking back to your life will help you know if you're making a progress in your life or not and if you need to change your ways or to continue the way your life is going.\n\n### **MY LIFE 10YEARS AGO**\n\nWow this is so amazing,<br> I just had to flash back to my 10 years ago which was 2012,<br> see how time flies,<br> I can't even believe that I'm the one here today.\n\n10 years ago I was still in Senior Secondary school one (SS1) which means I was still in high school,<br> then I was still battling wether to become a science student or to go to art class. Life then was an easy going one for me because whenever I'm going to school I will have to take snacks for lunch and I didn't even have to bother about anything or anyone,<br> my mom provided everything I needed and I didn't know I had to plan for my future because I was getting everything in a platter of gold \ud83d\ude1c\ud83d\ude1c\n\nImagine being in highschool 10 years back,<br> what do you think you'll be planning for yourself? I took life the way I saw it then and I didn't have to bother myself for anything,<br> I thought things was always easy not until I became an adult and started making decisions for myself \ud83d\ude02\n\nMost time when I tell my mom that I want to see my friend,<br> she will say no and then I used to be very angry,<br> I never knew she was protecting me and teaching me somethings about life. I only get to go out when my mom decides to take us out to have fun. Though I was an intelligent student in high and I'm still very intelligent. Then decisions were made by my mom,<br> most times she will even have to decide on the outfit I will put on\ud83d\ude02 but see me today making all the decisions for myself,<br> I only seek her advice on how to go about my decision.\n\nIf they had told me that 10 years now I will be a blogger,<br> I wouldn't have believed the person. Even when I was in high school I never like essay writing because I don't know how to fabricate stories nor how to write down stories,<br> but today I'm the one thinking of how to write a content and how to make it perfect.\n\nI have really achieved so many things in life and I plan on reaching more height,<br> though life is a process and we all learn everyday so as I go in life,<br> I will aquire all the knowledge I need to progress. I haven't gotten to where I want in life but few years from now I will definitely achieve them.\n\n### **STEPS THAT WAS TAKEN**\n\nThe first thing I did was to put God first in everything I do. 10 years back I was enjoying everything I see,<br> though we prayed together at home but just did that because everyone was doing it,<br> but now I needed to invite God into my life and asked for his directions. It was God that kept me going.\n\nLearning they say is a continuous process,<br> I learnt a lot from people and I'm always ready to learn new things.
