I am also well and healthy by your prayers and the immense mercy of Allah Almighty.\n\n\n\nBangladesh is a country of rural Bengal. Most of the people in this country live in villages. Although the people of the village are generally simple, in real life the political environment of the village or “village politics” often takes a very dirty, divisive and harmful form. Factionalism, violence, revenge, abuse of power, unfair influence, social discrimination and family conflicts over small issues in the village have become very common today. Due to village politics, the peaceful environment of the village is being destroyed, relationships between people are being broken and the path of development is being obstructed.\nVillage politics is usually conducted through union council elections, land disputes, social leadership, influence peddling, and party support. Many times, it is seen that two or more parties in the village use the common people to establish their power. One party tries to humiliate the other party socially. Unable to tolerate someone's good deeds, propaganda is spread against them. Even personal enmity is given a political form and the common people of the village are divided.\nOne of the main reasons why village politics is dirty is lack of education and awareness. Many people in the village are still deprived of the light of education. As a result, they are easily confused by the words of influential people. Many times, political leaders use the common people to achieve their own interests. Although they talk about the welfare of the people, in reality they are more busy ensuring their own power and economic benefits. As a result, misunderstandings and divisions are created among the common people of the village.\nAnother big reason is the greed for power. In the village, someone considers himself very powerful only if he can become a member, chairman, or party leader. Then he tries to suppress his opponent. If someone opposes him, he is harassed in various ways. The social justice system is biased. Many times, innocent people are also unjustly humiliated. This destroys the peace of the village and creates fear and anger among the common people.\nLand disputes also make village politics dirty. The root cause of most disputes in the village is land. From minor boundary disputes to major conflicts, influential people try to seize the land of weak people using their political power. If someone protests, incidents like false cases, social boycotts or attacks also occur against them. This increases the influence of injustice instead of justice in the society.\nFamily relations are also destroyed due to village politics. Members of the same family become enemies of each other due to different political ideologies. Kinship relations are broken. There are divisions in marriages, social events or religious activities in the village. One party does not participate in the other party's events. As a result, social harmony is destroyed.\nThe youth of the village are also victims of this dirty politics. Many young people are becoming tools of political leaders due to lack of proper education and employment. On the orders of the leaders, they get involved in fights, clashes, threats and terrorist activities. This ruins their beautiful future. When a young person takes the path of violence instead of education, not only his life but also the entire society is affected.\nWomen are also not free from the negative effects of village politics. Many times, women are insulted due to political disputes. Disturbance is created in the family. Social security in the village is weakened. Women are afraid to express their opinions freely. As a result, the path to building a healthy society is obstructed.\nAnother terrible aspect of village politics is spreading false slander and rumors. Unable to tolerate someone's popularity or success, various kinds of lies are spread against them. Due to the increase in the use of social media, these rumors are now spreading more rapidly. This destroys people's respect and creates an atmosphere of distrust in society.\nApart from this, village politics also creates major obstacles in the implementation of government development projects. Partyization is seen in road construction, school development, agricultural assistance or social security programs. Those who are not supporters of the ruling party are often deprived of government benefits. As a result, inequality increases in society and the benefits of development do not reach everyone.\nHowever, not all village politics are bad. In many villages, there are still honest and conscious people who work for the peace and development of the society. They try to build harmony among people. But because of dishonest and self-interested people, that good environment is often destroyed. Therefore, conscious people of the society must come forward.\nTo solve this problem, the first thing to do is to expand education. People must be made aware that politics does not mean hostility; rather, it means doing the welfare of the people. Neutrality must be ensured in the village arbitration and social justice system. The youth must be interested in education, culture and employment. Political leaders must also demonstrate honesty and humanity. If we can ensure the correct implementation of the law, many injustices will be reduced.\nReligious and moral education also plays an important role. All religions, including Islam, teach people justice, honesty and brotherhood. If people follow true religious values, then violence and hatred will decrease a lot. In the villageMosques, madrasas, schools and social organizations should work to create awareness among the people.\n\nFinally, it can be said that village politics is a big problem in our society. It is creating a big obstacle in the path of peace, unity and development of villages. Due to abuse of power, violence, revenge and illiteracy, this politics is becoming dirtier day by day. However, this problem can be solved through awareness, education, morality and proper leadership. We all have to remember that villages are the lifeblood of the country. If the environment of the village is not beautiful and peaceful, the real development of the country is never ভালো আছি সুস্থ আছি।\n\n\n\nআমাদের দেশে ভিলেজ পলিটিক্স অত্যন্ত নোংরা ।\n\nবাংলাদেশ একটি গ্রামবাংলার দেশ। এ দেশের অধিকাংশ মানুষ গ্রামে বসবাস করে। গ্রামের মানুষ সাধারণত সহজ-সরল হলেও বাস্তব জীবনে গ্রামের রাজনৈতিক পরিবেশ বা “ভিলেজ পলিটিক্স” অনেক সময় অত্যন্ত নোংরা, বিভেদপূর্ণ ও ক্ষতিকর রূপ ধারণ করে। গ্রামের ছোট ছোট বিষয় নিয়ে দলাদলি, হিংসা, প্রতিহিংসা, ক্ষমতার অপব্যবহার, অন্যায় প্রভাব বিস্তার, সামাজিক বৈষম্য এবং পারিবারিক দ্বন্দ্ব সৃষ্টি হওয়া আজ খুবই সাধারণ ঘটনা হয়ে দাঁড়িয়েছে। ভিলেজ পলিটিক্সের কারণে গ্রামের শান্তিপূর্ণ পরিবেশ নষ্ট হচ্ছে, মানুষে মানুষে সম্পর্ক ভেঙে যাচ্ছে এবং উন্নয়নের পথ বাধাগ্রস্ত হচ্ছে।\nগ্রামের রাজনীতি সাধারণত ইউনিয়ন পরিষদ নির্বাচন, জমিজমা সংক্রান্ত বিরোধ, সামাজিক নেতৃত্ব, প্রভাব বিস্তার এবং দলীয় সমর্থনের মাধ্যমে পরিচালিত হয়। অনেক সময় দেখা যায়, গ্রামের দুই বা ততোধিক পক্ষ নিজেদের ক্ষমতা প্রতিষ্ঠার জন্য সাধারণ মানুষকে ব্যবহার করে। এক পক্ষ অন্য পক্ষকে সামাজিকভাবে হেয় করার চেষ্টা করে। কারো ভালো কাজ সহ্য করতে না পেরে তার বিরুদ্ধে অপপ্রচার চালানো হয়। এমনকি ব্যক্তিগত শত্রুতাকে রাজনৈতিক রূপ দিয়ে গ্রামের সাধারণ মানুষকে বিভক্ত করা হয়।\nভিলেজ পলিটিক্স নোংরা হওয়ার অন্যতম প্রধান কারণ হলো অশিক্ষা ও সচেতনতার অভাব। গ্রামের অনেক মানুষ এখনো শিক্ষার আলো থেকে বঞ্চিত। ফলে তারা সহজেই প্রভাবশালী ব্যক্তিদের কথায় বিভ্রান্ত হয়। অনেক সময় রাজনৈতিক নেতারা নিজেদের স্বার্থ হাসিলের জন্য সাধারণ মানুষকে ব্যবহার করে। তারা জনগণের কল্যাণের কথা বললেও বাস্তবে নিজেদের ক্ষমতা ও অর্থনৈতিক সুবিধা নিশ্চিত করতেই বেশি ব্যস্ত থাকে। ফলে গ্রামের সাধারণ মানুষের মধ্যে ভুল বোঝাবুঝি ও বিভক্তি সৃষ্টি হয়।\nআরেকটি বড় কারণ হলো ক্ষমতার লোভ। গ্রামে কেউ মেম্বার, চেয়ারম্যান বা দলীয় নেতা হতে পারলেই নিজেকে বড় ক্ষমতাবান মনে করে। তখন সে প্রতিপক্ষকে দমন করার চেষ্টা করে। কেউ তার বিরোধিতা করলে তাকে নানা ভাবে হয়রানি করা হয়। সামাজিক বিচার ব্যবস্থায় পক্ষপাতিত্ব করা হয়। অনেক সময় নিরীহ মানুষও অন্যায়ভাবে অপমানিত হয়। এতে গ্রামের শান্তি বিনষ্ট হয় এবং সাধারণ মানুষের মধ্যে ভয় ও ক্ষোভ তৈরি হয়।\nজমিজমা সংক্রান্ত বিরোধও ভিলেজ পলিটিক্সকে নোংরা করে তোলে। গ্রামের অধিকাংশ বিরোধের মূল কারণ জমি। সামান্য সীমানা নিয়ে বিরোধ থেকে শুরু করে বড় ধরনের সংঘর্ষ পর্যন্ত ঘটে থাকে। প্রভাবশালী লোকেরা রাজনৈতিক ক্ষমতা ব্যবহার করে দুর্বল মানুষের জমি দখল করার চেষ্টা করে। কেউ প্রতিবাদ করলে তার বিরুদ্ধে মিথ্যা মামলা, সামাজিক বয়কট কিংবা হামলার মতো ঘটনাও ঘটে। এতে সমাজে ন্যায়বিচারের পরিবর্তে অন্যায়ের প্রভাব বৃদ্ধি পায়।\nভিলেজ পলিটিক্সের কারণে পারিবারিক সম্পর্কও নষ্ট হয়ে যায়। একই পরিবারের সদস্যরা ভিন্ন রাজনৈতিক মতাদর্শের কারণে একে অপরের শত্রুতে পরিণত হয়। আত্মীয়তার সম্পর্ক ভেঙে যায়। গ্রামে বিয়ে-শাদি, সামাজিক অনুষ্ঠান কিংবা ধর্মীয় কার্যক্রমেও বিভক্তি দেখা দেয়। এক পক্ষ অন্য পক্ষের অনুষ্ঠানে অংশগ্রহণ করে না। ফলে সামাজিক সম্প্রীতি ধ্বংস হয়।\nগ্রামের যুবসমাজও এই নোংরা রাজনীতির শিকার হচ্ছে। অনেক তরুণ সঠিক শিক্ষা ও কর্মসংস্থানের অভাবে রাজনৈতিক নেতাদের হাতিয়ার হয়ে পড়ছে। নেতাদের নির্দেশে তারা মারামারি, সংঘর্ষ, হুমকি ও সন্ত্রাসী কর্মকাণ্ডে জড়িয়ে পড়ে। এতে তাদের সুন্দর ভবিষ্যৎ নষ্ট হয়ে যায়। একজন তরুণ যখন শিক্ষার পরিবর্তে সহিংসতার পথে যায়, তখন শুধু তার জীবন নয়, পুরো সমাজ ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয়।\nনারীরাও ভিলেজ পলিটিক্সের নেতিবাচক প্রভাব থেকে মুক্ত নয়। অনেক সময় রাজনৈতিক বিরোধের কারণে নারীদের অপমান করা হয়। পরিবারে অশান্তি সৃষ্টি হয়। গ্রামের সামাজিক নিরাপত্তা দুর্বল হয়ে পড়ে। নারীরা স্বাধীনভাবে মত প্রকাশ করতে ভয় পায়। ফলে একটি সুস্থ সমাজ গঠনের পথ বাধাগ্রস্ত হয়।\nভিলেজ পলিটিক্সের আরেকটি ভয়াবহ দিক হলো মিথ্যা অপবাদ ও গুজব ছড়ানো। কারো জনপ্রিয়তা বা সাফল্য সহ্য করতে না পেরে তার বিরুদ্ধে নানা ধরনের মিথ্যা কথা ছড়ানো হয়। সামাজিক যোগাযোগ মাধ্যমের ব্যবহার বৃদ্ধির ফলে এখন এসব গুজব আরও দ্রুত ছড়িয়ে পড়ছে। এতে মানুষের সম্মান নষ্ট হয় এবং সমাজে অবিশ্বাসের পরিবেশ তৈরি হয়।\nএছাড়া সরকারি উন্নয়ন প্রকল্প বাস্তবায়নের ক্ষেত্রেও ভিলেজ পলিটিক্স বড় বাধা সৃষ্টি করে। রাস্তা নির্মাণ, স্কুল উন্নয়ন, কৃষি সহায়তা বা সামাজিক নিরাপত্তা কর্মসূচিতে দলীয়করণ দেখা যায়। যারা ক্ষমতাসীন পক্ষের সমর্থক নয়, তারা অনেক সময় সরকারি সুবিধা থেকে বঞ্চিত হয়। ফলে সমাজে বৈষম্য বৃদ্ধি পায় এবং উন্নয়নের সুফল সবার কাছে পৌঁছায় না।\nতবে সব গ্রামের রাজনীতি যে খারাপ, তা নয়। অনেক গ্রামে এখনো সৎ ও সচেতন মানুষ আছেন যারা সমাজের শান্তি ও উন্নয়নের জন্য কাজ করেন। তারা মানুষে মানুষে সম্প্রীতি গড়ে তোলার চেষ্টা করেন। কিন্তু অসৎ ও স্বার্থান্বেষী লোকদের কারণে সেই ভালো পরিবেশ অনেক সময় নষ্ট হয়ে যায়। তাই সমাজের সচেতন মানুষদের এগিয়ে আসতে হবে।\nএই সমস্যা সমাধানের জন্য প্রথমেই শিক্ষার প্রসার ঘটাতে হবে। মানুষকে সচেতন করতে হবে যে রাজনীতি মানে শত্রুতা নয়; বরং জনগণের কল্যাণ করা। গ্রামের সালিশ ও সামাজিক বিচার ব্যবস্থায় নিরপেক্ষতা নিশ্চিত করতে হবে। যুবসমাজকে শিক্ষা, সংস্কৃতি ও কর্মসংস্থানের দিকে আগ্রহী করতে হবে। রাজনৈতিক নেতাদেরও সততা ও মানবিকতার পরিচয় দিতে হবে। আইনের সঠিক প্রয়োগ নিশ্চিত করতে পারলে অনেক অন্যায় কমে আসবে।\nধর্মীয় ও নৈতিক শিক্ষারও গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা রয়েছে। ইসলামসহ সব ধর্মই মানুষকে ন্যায়, সততা ও ভ্রাতৃত্ববোধের শিক্ষা দেয়। যদি মানুষ প্রকৃত ধর্মীয় মূল্যবোধ অনুসরণ করে, তাহলে হিংসা-বিদ্বেষ অনেক কমে যাবে। গ্রামের মসজিদ, মাদ্রাসা, স্কুল এবং সামাজিক সংগঠনগুলোকে মানুষের মধ্যে সচেতনতা তৈরিতে কাজ করতে হবে।\n\nপরিশেষে বলা যায়, ভিলেজ পলিটিক্স আমাদের সমাজের একটি বড় সমস্যা। এটি গ্রামের শান্তি, ঐক্য ও উন্নয়নের পথে বড় বাধা সৃষ্টি করছে। ক্ষমতার অপব্যবহার, হিংসা, প্রতিহিংসা ও অশিক্ষার কারণে এই রাজনীতি দিন দিন আরও নোংরা হয়ে উঠছে। তবে সচেতনতা, শিক্ষা, নৈতিকতা ও সঠিক নেতৃত্বের মাধ্যমে এই সমস্যার সমাধান সম্ভব। আমাদের সবাইকে মনে রাখতে হবে, গ্রামই দেশের প্রাণ। গ্রামের পরিবেশ সুন্দর ও শান্তিপূর্ণ না হলে দেশের প্রকৃত উন্নয়ন কখনো সম্ভব নয়।",
